Run down and not clean. The toilet bowl had not been cleaned and I had to call to get them there to take care of it. I wiped down the lamp stand as it had some kind of spill that sprayed the table. I was intending to return to the hotel on my return but I canceled it. I can’t believe that they even charge the amount that they did when it’s such a big disappointment.

Condition of the motel and grounds was very poor. Needs a complete remodel. Staff was very friendly but unprofessionally dressed. Back door was not locked so anyone could enter at any time.

Very happy with one night stay as we were driving thru. Quiet, clean, exactly what expected. Only negatives were broken washer and lack of breakfast options.

Beds were comfortable , room was clean, staff was friendly. Good channel variety on TV. Breakfast included coffee, tea and juice, 2 cereal choices, 2 muffin choices and instant oatmeal. The waffle machine wasn't working. While I never felt unsafe the side door was broke so anyone could enter hotel. They've probably fixed that. Good stay for under $90...

It was very convenient to our travel and people were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. The hallways are dark and dingy. I had to kill a large spider in the bathtub upon arrival. There was a large crack in the bathtub that had water coming out of it. The carpet was old and dirty. On a positive note, the WIFI was fine and the bed was fairly comfortable but I would not stay here again.

Facilities was old and worn out. Sidewalks broken. Hallway carpets looked dirty. Breakfast was nonexistent? Room was old and needed updated. In fact, entire facility needed up graded.

DO NOT STAY HERE . Old rundown, black mold around windows, no hot water(no matter which way you turn the taps) . When we told the front desk they tried to say the taps were backwards but that was not the case.

Little Hard to find big Sign was out,but staff was Great and room was clean served well for a one night stay.

Room was quite disappointing. Staff was good though. Tv was hard to figure out. Hidden button on it you had to find & press every time you turned it off. No lights in the bathroom at all, so I just used a lamp from the bedstand.

No in-room coffee even though the website says they have it.

Great people to work with. No problems. Property is old and out dated and should be renovated...soon!

The front desk lady let me check in then several hours later told me i had to leave as my address on my identification was a local address I asked for a refund she said no I was unaware if this policy it was not on the Expedia web site when I booked nor fid I see it posted .zI tried to explain that I had mived 180 miles away and hadnt got my address changed yet still refusal of a refund and had to leave property

This place was a joke never got to check in even after paying full and having reservations. Wasn’t allowed to stay because I “used” to be a local lmao. Heavy set woman? At the front was extremely rude, Poor hygiene, not friendly what so ever. Don’t know where her thinking she’s on a high horse came. But that’s alright I didn’t want to stay in a trash can it was just the cheapest place in town and I was desperate, but I’m glad I wasn’t allowed to stay there and catch something I ended up at a place that blows them out of the water and they actually have friendly staff and an actual continental breakfast unlike super 8’s lol. I’m extremely happy not to give them my business I’d rather throw all that money in a fire then let them have it. And getting my refund was unreal. Anyways place is a joke should be condemned or get people that know what they are actually doing. Hard job sitting all day eating and being rude af to local residents that haven’t done anything to be treated like that. If you need cheap and trashy super 8 in Craig is the spot to go. ➖⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The employees were extremely nice and helpful. They even offered thanksgiving dinner for the people who were there over the holiday. And they had fresh coffee even at the very earlier hours.

Another amazing stay at the super 8. Breakfast was ready at 4:00 a.m. I was promised because it's hunting season and that's why I like going there. Very reasonable priced as well

Building is in serious need of updating! Bed was extremely uncomfortable, bathroom had no fixture cover above the sink, ceiling above show had been patched but was never repainted, carpet in hallways were torn and dirty, no security locks on outside access doors, parking lot lighting burnt out. Very disappointed with accommodations, sorry I didn’t stay somewhere else. Would have left and gone elsewhere, but reservation was non refundable.

The staff was amazing. The property is in terrible condition! It needs a huge make over. Garbage was piled high outside the building and weeds were going high.

The property is showing its age and the west and tear needs to be corrected.

Will not stay here again.

Room seemed dirty, shower had no hot water, the smell was so bad, spent most of my time farting trying to get the smell out of the room, but other than that we had a swell time.

They would not rent a room to me because they said “we don’t rent rooms to lacals just had to many problems” I’m not even local! I live 42 miles away but she said Steamboat Springs still counts as local. Ridiculous! I rented a room across the street with no problem.
