The communication between booking.com and Hampton. Hampton showed 2 of my 3 rooms canceled and booking.com showed no rooms were canceled. Hampton would not honor the price for rooms they said were canceled and I had to pay an extra 100 dollars for rooms. Booking.com said they would pay me the extra 100 dollars since it was not my fault, all I needed to do was send in receipt showing what I actually paid for room which sounded fair. To good to be true, I’ve been on the phone with Booking.com 3 times for a total of about 3 hours and still have not got resolution. They want invoice numbers that match the booking.com invoices. Well da, they don’t Exist those rooms were canceled cording to Hampton so when I paid for the two rooms they were under a new invoice. So for me no more Hampton or Booking.com.

Friendly staff, tasty breakfast. The room was clean. what more could I ask for.
