Hot tub and pool while stated as open by front desk, had signs from the health dept telling you not to use. The shower in the room didnt have enough pressure to more than trickle out. The continental breakfast was basically toast and cereal, waffle mix was emptyat 615am. Oj and apple juice out at 615am. Funky smells throughtout the hallways. On the plus side the bed was comfortable.

There was a razor left in the shower. Hair on the bed. Was told the hot tub jets weren’t working but could still use it but the water was cold one of the filters was missing a cover which didn’t notice till I got my foot caught in it no pool towels. Do not count on free breakfast unless you want waffles. Night Staff was friendly. Bit overall would not recommend

Simply the mattress was so sunken in i couldnt sleep. Im not sure when they have been replaced but having a 2ft mattress wall around me is not comfort. I will not be returning

The stay was great.. but the breakfast was very limited and the coffee was always gone.. the hot tub isn't very warm and the door by our room to go outside was broken and you had to go all the way around.. they never gave us clean towels either..

Worst hotel and management ever. Advertised for hot breakfast which there wasn’t any not even waffle mix. Tv didn’t work at all the 2 days I stayed. Spoke with General Manager Sue who was very rude talked over me wasn’t trying to hear anything I had to stay not to mention hanging the phone up in my face until I had to go up there and talk to someone face to face. I wouldn’t recommend this roach motel to anyone

Wall heat/cool did not work, TV did not turn on when we first got there, we had to go to the front desk for help it took an hour for help figure it out and bring us a second remote one for channels one for volume. Very musty and dated paper thin doors you can hear all the hall noise. Very cheap price so I guess expected bottom line you usually get what you pay for.

Only two lights worked in the room they only gave a 15 percent discount for that didn't have a light in the bathroom when using bathroom or shower over all stay was uncomfortable and dissatisfied

First room-toilet wouldn’t go down and the window wouldn’t close and there wasn’t a screen.
Moved to second room-toilet would not flush (no chain).
Third room, toilet never stopped running but we stayed there. The water smelled like sewage and the bathroom tub was just kind of old and gross. If I hadn’t paid with gift cards honestly, we would have left. I know they said new management. They need to do a massive deep clean, get the plumbing and water right, and step up their cleaning service (garbage behind the night stands).

The room was absolutely disgusting. The floors don’t look like they’ve been swept in weeks or mopped in months, there was a hat and sock left by previous guests, crumbs and hair were everywhere. I wouldn’t even let my 1 year old touch the floor. I’ve never had a room that gross. The remote didn’t work and we asked for a replacement and told we had to program the broken one.

We liked the beds. Very clean and comfortable. Did not like the lack of cleanliness. Floors all over were dirty. Window sills dirty with dead insects. Live roach in bathroom. Continuous nasty odor in sink area near the door. Hallway carpet old and needed cleaning & vacuuming. Poor breakfast selections. Will not stay here again.

It definitely wasnt the cleanest hotel room but, it wasn't too bad either. Stephanie from the front desk was soooo nice and helpful. Her pleasant attitude alone made my stay top notch. I would 100% come back to this hotel because of her. Sometimes customer service can really make or break your experience and in this case Stehanie made this a five- star experience for me and my family. We had to switch rooms and she was sooo accomodating, then we locked the keys in the room while switching rooms and again, she was so pleasant about it. Then later on, we realized my daughter's bag got left in the old room after we turned the keys back in and assured her it was all clear and again, she was sooo polite and helpful, giving us another key to retrieve the bag. Thank you Stephanie! You were so helpful. I really appreciate your patience and kindness!!

As I am only 5ft tall the bed was so high that I had difficulty getting into it but it was extremely comfortable. The fitted sheet was too small and so the corner kept coming off. It took 2 hours to get the hot tub in my room filled just barely high enough to use it and then the water wasn’t hot but just warm

The 2 dark skin ladies was amazing very polite and friendly, very professional did hesitate to make us feel comfortable! Others were rude wish I could have gotten the name of the lady did not want to exchange my towels

The place was dirty. Things were broken in room. We had a jacuzzi that took 2 hours to fill and could not get more than two towels. There was also hair in the jacuzzi!

When we arrived the receptionist was bent over in a chair on her cell phone with her butt in the air. Once she realized we were waiting to check in she was a very nice person. As we were walking to our room located on the first floor it was very obvious the floor had been vacuumed for some. Debris everywhere. The room wasn’t any better. We removed the sheets from the bed and found the mattress was filthy, stained and debris in the mattress small pockets. We left the pass keys on the dresser and walked out. We didn’t go to the desk to complain because there was nothing they could have done to make us stay. This location should be taken off the Expedia listing because it’s a very unhealthy location for their customers.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When I arrived at 3:30 am, they informed me that my reservation had been canceled without warning, even though check-in was open until 5:30 am. After a long day of travel, we were exhausted, only to be told the hotel was fully booked. The receptionist was not only unhelpful but also extremely disrespectful, leaving us stranded in the middle of the night. Absolutely unacceptable service—avoid this place at all costs.

Room was awful, smelled like a mixture of pets, chlorine, and mold. There were stains on the wall and ceiling and the room didn’t have a dresser or coffee maker. My wife was having trouble breathing and got a headache so we left after a half hour to stay somewhere else. There was also a crowd of noisy guests roaming the halls and outside the lobby. Front desk lady was nice and apologized double digit times for how noisy it was but no attempt at control was made.

The room was mostly good. The fan in the bathroom had a bad bearing which squealed horribly. I left the light off this morning when taking a shower at 5:30, so the extremely loud noise wouldn't wake other people. The temperature control in the room was also broken, so the only choice for air or heat was 69 degrees. It looked like someone had vandalized it. Room 208

The stay was Great but they need to do better cleaning the room and bathroom with was hair on the floor and bathtub. Hotel towel had light red spots on it and my room was smelling like cigarettes.. The pool and hot tub with you can’t used.

Our stay wasn’t terrible but probably wouldn’t stay there again. The property is outdated and doesn’t seem the cleanest. The staff was friendly. We were disappointed that we were told the pool was closed for the weekend when we arrived due to them not being able to clean it.

The check in was great. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room and hotel needs an update. Stained hall carpet, worn woodwork, stained tile, toilet seat loose and missing items in the room( face cloths and coffee brewer.. but had coffee?) And dead bolt didn’t work or hair dryer didn’t either ( dryer easily replaced) ). It is a non smoking hotel but an odor of cannabis in the halls. We went late to breakfast and we didn’t have options since it was depleted. Our fault but messy around the items like the crowd had been and gone. Would not repeat.

I booked this property for a one night stay through Orbitz, paid for it and received a confirmation number, went to check in and no rooms were available even though I had a confirmation number. Took me 30 minutes to get my money refunded then they wanted to try and charge me a cancellation charge and I did not cancel they did not have a room available. I do not feel confident in booking a room through Orbitz because there’s a chance you won’t have a room.

I was waiting for several hours past my check in time. The room was aweful, the headboard was broken, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall. The plaster for the walls was chipping and falling off along the base boards. What appeared to be either mold or water damage along the baseboards and or ceiling. I wasnt impressed with the quality and the extended wait time after supposed check in. I left right after.
