Paper thin walls, too much noise from surrounding rooms, horrible televisions just a fair rating

For the price, this hotel was really good. It was clean enough and the service was excellent. The free breakfast has a lot of choices and the food was good. The only real negative was the floor was super dirty. All of our socks are stained black on the bottom. But overall, I was impressed.

Quick one night trip with my daughter and granddaughter. Standard room with 2 queen beds was very comfortable and was not expecting the refrigerator and microwave, so that was a big plus. Breakfast was nice to have as well. We would stay again in the future.

The hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was decent, but I had only the cereal. The ease of being able to add another day to our stay was very simple. The room could have been cleaner- I dusted the table and wall table, with a cloths and after was very bad. The bathroom was definitely in need of a good clean and the toilet is super low to ground, I thought I was falling into it lol. I feel just a few more minutes or time to thoroughly clean could help in those areas of needed cleanliness. Overall, worth the visit, decently priced and I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived early however the rooms were not ready. The rooms were terrible! Very dirty. They left dirty sheets where you hang your clothes. Each room only had one towel and one wash cloth. I went and asked for more towels and was told they were out of towels and was handed two towels that liked like old beat-up towels, that should have thrown away. There was hair in the shower and on a wad on the floor. Very disappointing!

Everyone was very nice. But lack of clean towels and just lack of any towels. My bed wasn't made correctly, the Comforter was on the bottom and the Sheet was on top. And they use the same dirty mop day after day. Room floors are very dirty. They should Dust Mop then Wet Mop. They should invest in 18 inch Microfiber Mops. Shouldn't use the same Mop from bathroom to Bedroom Floor.

This place should be bulldozed. Its so run down throughout the property. Our AC was noisy as hell, the front door barely shut, bathroom floor was dirtyroom was understocked with towels and no hair dryer. We requested one and it never came in 2 days. Wish i had taken pics.

When we checked in there wasn’t any towels what so ever. Not even face towels. Called the front desk for the duration of our stay 3 days and never got towels. Also one bed didn’t even have blankets and called about that as well. Never got them.

There was hair remaining in the bath tub and the whole room felt dirty. I felt like sleeping on the beach would have been cleaner and preferable. The app would no allow me to upload any photos but they are really bad. They also didn't have the room I booked.

Check in was slow, new girl with a line calling and begging for help with no response from management.
Room was a topical cheap room. Was in 205 facing the major road. Super loud. Room was hard floor and carpet in area between sleeping area and bathroom. Carpet was red but black from dirt as well transfer strip to bathroom. Get ready area built in box had no Kleenix in. Bathroom old soap from last guest. Mold in calking around tub. Mold on shower curtain and missing rings. Walls with water damage.
Beds good but did not trust toppings as were stained. Took all off and slept with a sheet only.
Over all , think poor management!!!!! Place is huge and was slow. Probably a last sell room. But gave me. Thanks! If in different buildings noice might be different . Parking lot is big. Good for boats was my thought. Was there quick business.

When I booked this property, the place look decent,. When I arrived at the property it wasn’t even close to what I had expected. The way the pictures are taken from the building are not accurate. The building is open to the street, which is not mention in the website. Going to my room at night was not pleasant because there is barely any lights. The room smelled like smoke in a non- smoking room. The phone that is supposed to connect to the front desk didn’t work. The front desk staff was rude, lacking of customer service skills. And I will not be coming back to this place, I guess you get what you pay…

Autumn at the front desk was great and helped us get in a bit earlier than our original check in time. Great customer service. Great location, in walking distance from the london bridge and many great restaurants!

Stayed here many of times I like what they did with the remodel and the breakfast areas Probably , the most scenic area of any breakfast nook I’ve ever been to, you can see the lake from the breakfast area very nice.

Never Again well they say you get what you pay for but it misses the essential thing which is cleanliness and service we entered our room it was smelly cause it’s an old property i understand but our bed had yelloy stink and there was hair on it plus the pillows were yellowish and smelly i asked the from the front desk to send someone to change the sheets and the pillow cases they said sure but never did

It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The first room I was put in, was absolutely disgusting. I went to the front desk and they were super sincere about it and moved me to a different room. But that room was just as bad as the first. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. But the rooms need a lot of TLC. I will definitely not be staying here again.

Hugh property close to Lake Havasu. Many rooms have a lake view. Close to marina. Lively bar scene. Dated rooms that need upgrades. Our room was very musty or moldy smelling.

We absolutely love the breakfast in the morning. It's delicious! Hot eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bagels. The pool is a great size. We enjoyed our stay but our bathroom toilet was broken the entire time it didn't flush.

The cleanliness of the room was terrible, assuming it had been cleaned. The floor was completely dirty, the bathtub was covered in hair, the sink was clogged, and to top it all off, the bed sheets were fully covered in sand. Let's say that the only saving grace of the stay was the attention of the staff and of the breakfast area and the menu. Bottom line: If you're not broke as I am, pay a little more and go somewhere else.

The stay wasn't bad, there was hair on the floor under the vanity in the bathroom area. After staying the night and paying for the room, you have to leave your credit card number with the front desk. Apparently this is for any insudentals. After getting home and checking my bank account, I found that my account was charged again. Calling the hotel I was informed they had no records of charging me additional money. This forced me to call my bank and file fraud charges. Waiting now to see what the bank does with it.

Our stay at Quality Inn was to say the least VERY disappointing!!!! We were greeted with a plugged up bathroom sink and a toilet plunger, after many attempts, and the most disgusting sink, we were given another room on the 2nd floor on the back side in 100’ temperature! Lot of partying late into the night and above us. I paid for “deluxe bedding” the comforter was ripped and the filling was coming out…. The sheets were stained with blood and some unidentifiable black stuff!!! There was a 1 inch gap between the tile and the tub! There was more, but as you can tell the room lacked, what was deserving of what we thought the room would be. I do have photos of a most disappointing trip. I’m hoping some one will read and make some sort of compensation for our, what could have been a perfect weekend

I booked 2 nights at this hotel for 2 rooms. 1 of the room AC didnt worked so we asked for another room. Same issue on second room AC didnt work. It has over 115 degrees so we decided to check out within 1 hour of arriving and moved to a different hotel. I asked for a refund and they denied my request for a refund. Horrible experience.
