Overall cleanliness. Quite and easy to and from the parking lot.

Our stay was amazing! Great service, clean room and facilities. The complimentary breakfast was great too!

The experience for our family was terrible at this location and we won't be back. Why? Hotel sold a room with a known AC problem and thought that was OK. I checked-in around 8pm and when i arrived at the room it was clear the hotel knew there was a problem b/c when i contacted the front desk the gal said "yeah, its been like that for a few days and can't figure our the problem". They were completely booked, so basically we were stuck there. I think its completely wrong to sell a room and charge a full rate when there is a problem... when i checked-out the next morning i explained i wanted an adjustment to my bill, front desk said they couldn't do anything. Girl at the desk was very apathetic to the situation... crazy. The lacking customer service skills demonstrated by the manager and staff is alarmingly horrible. Front desk clerk on Saturday morning was horrible. I asked her to take my number to have her manager call me (never heard back from anyone). I called again the following week to directly speak with the manager. The person told me she isn't available and could i email her instead b/c she is very busy. Email her?... umm NO. The girl insisted i email... again NO I want to discuss this directly on the phone. It's been 2 weeks and still no return phone call from anyone at this hotel. Oh... and they also made me pay $17 a night to park. This was not disclosed at check-in. That should be included in the rate for a hotel in Sedona, AZ... total money grab. STAY AWAY!

Our room had no air conditioning, a fact the front desk as aware of. We were told no other rooms were available and offered a box fan as a solution. The temperature outside was over a hundred degrees and as a result the room was extremely warm. We requested a refund and moved to another hotel.

Felt more like a Days Inn or Motel 6.

Unless you enjoy sleeping on the world’s most uncomfortable mattress, don’t stay here. That was the worst sleep I’ve ever gotten on a vacation and my back still hurts.

The staff was so kind and helpful when jt came to assisting me with my road trip. The hotel is very convenient to Uptown Seona, the ajrport lookout and the chapel of the holy cross.

Could use a deep clean - the pool was dirty

everyone was pleasant and welcoming from checkin to breakfast ladies and the grounds were kept immaculately. Was wonderful to have a pet friendly place.

I wish parking was free.

I loved the property and its location. It was nice and clean. Close to restaurants and shops nearby. Parking was close to room. Breakfast option was great. Hotel and common area was clean. Staff were very attentive and courteous, greeted me a smile and was able to accommodate an early check in; which i was very grateful.

Had to pay for parking! Boo! Desk clerk- overweight- badly wrinkled shirt- unkept hair. Did not make eye contact when speaking with me.! Is that the absolute best you can do?? And- sink drain was always clogged- And- Clerks had No Holiday inn uniform! Really?!

I can't believe you charge $16 a day to park a car when you have a parking lot P.S. the air conditioning sounded like it was going to explode

The stay was great but the bed was too firm and breakfast was not open at 6 am as we wanted to eat and we checked at 6:11 am and it was still closed.

I chose to stay at a Hampton because it was what was familiar and there was an expectation of quality. However, this was the worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed at. The walls were paper thin to where you could hear conversations in other rooms and the halls. The beds were uncomfortable. The pool tiles were filthy. Staff and parking were nice, and the location was great for what I wanted. Next time I’ll definitely go with a local Sedona hotel though.

Room was a little dated, but was fine. Staff was great!

My room at Hampton Inn did not live up to their usual quality. In the bathroom, wallpaper was peeling, the bathtub was dirty with mold on the caulking, the hairdryer was broken, the toilet tissue holder was broken off the wall, there was a hole in the door, the ceiling vent/fan was broken and the bedding quality was poor. After our first night we discovered the window had been left open and we hadn't noticed because the shade was drawn upon arrival. This location felt more like a Motel 6 then a Hampton Inn.

The good thing was it is conveniently located and surrounded by all shops and natural beauty. The breakfast was good and the staffs were very courteous. The bad parts were the followings: The faucet of the sink and toilet paper holder were badly placed. The toilet flush broke and it was too hard to use it. The mattress was of poor quality. The swimming was full of insects and was dirty. The air condition unit was making too much sound and so it was hard to sleep at night.

We have not checked out yet and housekeeping already went in and would not let us use the the Bathroom

I am a traveling nurse and stay in Hamptons atleast once a month. This was a friend overnighted in Sedona. I was not impressed with this Hampton. Bathroom was not clean. Hair and dirt on floor and sink stopped up. We were not told that there was a $17.00 charge for parking our motorcycle. When we got home we found they charged us for $34.00. We are still trying to figure out what the additional $17 charge was for, ? bottle of water?

The hotel was clean although a bit run down. The evening front desk gentleman, Bob was especially amazing and wonderful. I felt really safe with him at the front desk. The room was very clean, so were the hallways and entrance. The breakfast was great as usual.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The shower/tub was stained and the seam between the tub and shower was yellow. It looked like it was dirty, but I do not believe it was dirty just stained. While taking a shower I discovered that the bottle of shower gel mounted on the wall of the shower was empty, so I used the shampoo. When I informed the front desk they said they were running out. They did deliver two bottles both only had only little left, but could not mount them in the holders. When housekeeping came in they did not replace the shampoo. The worst was the sink, the faucet is mounted in the corner of the sink and when used the water would run to the front of the counter and get on the floor or your shirt and pants. I ended up using a towel next to the faucet to soak up the water. The room was either too cold or too warm, could not control the temperature very well with the air conditioner or heater. The room was next to the pool gate and every time it was used it would slam loudly in the room. Luckily no one used the pool past the cut off time. Other than that it was not a bad stay, the room did seem clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was nice all of the usual choices. The best part of the stay was the coffee, or cocoa that was available 24/7. That made it nice.

We stayed 2 nights. On our first morning, we tried your breakfast. With over an hour remaining, I was surprised to see items gone. The most disturbing thing was NO napkins, not even paper towels. An employee told us they ran out days ago & we're waiting on a supplier. Why not go buy some cheap napkins? Kelsie at checkin was wonderful!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast changed daily the three days we were there, and that was a treat! The location was great-easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roadways. The views behind the hotel were amazing! It was quiet and the room was comfortable. Although we didn’t swim, many did! The pool was heated and looked relaxing! The only problem was traffic-it was easier to take a right and go to the next light to turn around and go to the left. The highway was busy at all times of the day! But I would still stay there again if in the area and would highly recommend others stay there, too!

Did not like paying extra for parking when I'm paying for a room and parking on the hotels property.

Property was centrally located. Hotel does need upgrades but worked just fine for me. Breakfast was good.

The parking wasn't very practical, there were 2 trucks with trailers taking up majority of the parking and the room from the door entrance was a long ways to walk being handicapped, walkway was very icy the next morning almost feel
