been staying there every thanksgiving for last 6 years. has gone down hill. Smells of some type of air freshener to the point og gagging. like they are trying to hid something. lots of paint chipping on goors/walls. breakfast is ok but not as good as before covid.

I booked this hotel on Hotels.com. It looked really nice. The pictures look good. It had a good rating completely the opposite when I got there it smell of incense. It was dirty, noisy outdated, and it seemed that people lived there for weeks on end The wallpaper in my room was peeling off the ceiling. It was dirty the shower door Hinges were rusted at the bottom not sure which way the door open very confusing The bed skirt that was on the bed was absolutely disgusting. I was glad it took a canal Lysol. I did not sleep in the bed, but on the bed with my clothes on, I wish I had a hazmat suit, but even then I wouldn’t felt very safe and clean disgusting the lamps were rusted. I think the only thing in there was a countertop that the sink was in. I would never recommend this place. Tell me how do I get a refund?

First, a small cockroach came out of the sink of the living room.
Second, I told the front desk that about 5 to 6 children were running or jumping in the upstairs room, but it didn't work out, so I was able to sleep because it became quiet until 2 a.m.

Amazing place for this price range. Very well kept. Friendly staff. Clean everywhere. Impressive continental breakfast set up. Walk to Dennys and convenience store is less than 70 feet. Great place.

it is not in a good area and as soon as you drove up to the hotel you had an idea that it may not be so nice just because of all the dead shrubery in pots. The front desk area was clean and the staff very nice but from there on the place was so dirty. Room smelled strongly of pee and their was hair on the floor and fingerprints everywhere. We had to leave. No way I could have slept there. They were very polite when I said we were leaving and since I booked thru expedia I needed to talk with them about refund. Ive been trying to reach expedia but only get a phone bot who had been no help.

Seriously?? I paid for a non pet friendly hotel because it was cheap! However, my pet sitter canceled on me at the last minute and have been try for over a week now to get a refund!!! Im a single mother with 2 young kids and we had to stay in our car last night since i didn't get the refund to pay for another hotel. Im still expecting a refund!!!

This place is a horror show. FILTHY ROOMS...I mean the carpet was so dirty I didn't even take my shoes off. The bathroom...I don't want to talk about the bathroom...even to my therapist. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this 'hotel'.

Okay for a quick stay! The staff was friendly and accommodating but the facility is not as well kept as I had hoped.
The furniture was old and somewhat corroded, the carpet in the room was sticky and had obviously not been vacuumed (I always pack slides and slippers). The pool looked nice but did not seem well maintained as there was film around the walls at the water line and the water was cloudy.

The hotel was centrally located to all the places I was visiting. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms and public places clean. The building, though older, has nicely furnished and decorated rooms. I feel I received very good value for the money I spent lodging here.

This place was in a nice location, to where we needed to be for a Wedding.
The property grounds needs to be kept up. New plants need to be planted and weeds need to be pulled. When you look at it the way that it is. It makes it look very uninviting and unwelcoming.
I ordered a Queen size bed and received a Full size bed, that was very hard.
The inside of the Hotel looks to be like it is being worked on. There is more work that needs to be done.
Room was what you would pay for.

Where the property is there is a lot restaurant around it so that was ok. The breakfast at the hotel was not bad, my room smell horrible.

The service was great, but the hotel is very run down and outdated. The bathroom was so small it didn't have a regular door - it was a pocket door and the shower was too small for my 6'6" husband to take a shower in. The entire hotel smells musty and is in desperate need of upgrading. Will not stay here again.

This property is disgusting from top to bottom. There were ants in the bed, garbage behind the furniture, air freshener through the entire place trying to mask other smells, vomit on the luggage cart. Worst experience ever.
