Check out was awful, I requested invoice via email no response

The bed was to hard, who wants watch themselves to the bathroom it was so small I Needs a elevator when you are a senior it's hard to walk up 3 flights of stairs So No I was not Happy.

very worn down. smoking everywhere. small bathroom. motel not a hotel.

very outdated, bedding was uncomfortable, did not feel the safest staying there.

the staff was very nice especially at check in. however they allow questionable individuals to roam their hotel.. when asked for towels I was told they didn’t have any until I made it clear that I was only given 2 towels when I booked a stay for 4 people… then an hour later I was given towels.. A younger gentleman was very helpful. However the rooms were not very clean I had someone else’s hair in my shower and there was dirt on the floor.. Hotel could use some updating

it was ok, definitely not a place I would stay with young children more like a place you would book for a “high school hotel party”

the location and friendly receptionist.

the bathtub was stained & peeling. The walk paint was peeling. The tv would not keep a satellite signal.
