Dirty and smelly

I checked in around 9:30 10 o’clock and then I went and grab something to eat for dinner and came home. It was midnight. I open the door. There were no blankets on the beds no bedspread no towels. No toilet paper room was filthy. Tried to call. Nobody answered. Walked all the way down. Told the lady I needed to get either into another room or somebody needs to get the beds made up in this room and cleaned it up. She handed me some towels and said that can’t do anything about it, I want my money back. I’ve tried to call no avail. I’m fixing to take it off on my credit card. I do have photos isn’t it convenient? It will not let me put the photos on.

Worst experience ever. No clean at all. No service.

Sheets were dirty/stained. No towels in room. Bathtub was stained up. Awful smell

The room had no towels, we had to go to the front desk (3 times) to ask for some, and only got 2 towels on our 3rd visit. The first time we went to ask for towels was around 10:55pm, the doors to the front desk were locked and the employee did not respond to knocks. The towels were not clean - they looked like they'd been stepped on or dragged through the parking lot. The room had no remote control for the TV, the bed sheets were stained and looked like they had straight-up dirt in them. The pillow cases were also stained, the pillows themselves were also flat and the filling was clumped. The floor was sticky (almost like it was washed with sugar water) and visibly dirty in most places The tub had a red line of dirt on it as well as black stains. Water pressure in the sink and the shower was extremely weak. The first night, the toilet would not stop running - my partner had to go and fix it himself so we could sleep. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, so trash accumulates. The lamps were new, which was nice.

The room was filthy. There were no towels, we had to ask for toilet paper and was given one roll for 5 adults for 5 days. The beds were terrible, had a piece of the metal frame puncture my leg and I was scared of infection from the filth. No one emptied our trash cans, smoke detectors were beeping all the time, no lights in one bathroom, had to use a flashlight to use the bathroom. Pitiful service, will not ever use again.

Ive stayed in many hotels and motels and I must say they have extremely rude staff at the front office, maintenance man was super nice though. I would not recommend staying here. Room down from us had bed bugs and they arent very friendly at all.

This was the worst place I ever said. Starting with was not handicapped like was supposed to be. So no shower for four days. Room was dirty,no toilet paper,no towels, TV in one bedroom but the one in mine was broken. Used same sheets not even made up for four days. No one vacuumed at any point. When to office daily, with a line of upset visitors with all the same problems. This was the first vacation I had in ten years, what a way to spend it. I will never stay at another Days inn and advice the same. Thank you Jim

Terrible experience. Girl at counter did not care that our room was not cleaned from the night before at check in. Just offered to give my money back!

Nastiest.room I have ever walked into! Beds had crumbs and hair and such, floors filthy, no towels, no wash clothes, shower was so dirty could see where bar of soap had sat. Bathroom mirror was dirty, could see sticky footprints in the floor. Floors were not swept at all dirt visible everywhere! Crumbs on night stand, toothpick in floor. Wish I would read others reviews be4 I stayed. Lesson learned! Will leave a few pics

When I got up to the room it was obvious it had not been cleaned. One bed was unmade and all the lights were on. The key card was hit or miss unlocking the door and needed several tries to work. There were no towels in the room. The faucet was broken. It still worked you had to hold it in one hand and work the lever with the other. The internet did not work. I could connect to it but the web request could not go through. The TV remote had dead batteries. I tried getting a towel and washcloth from the clerk. She would not get them for me. The clerk told me there was breakfast from 6:00am to 9:00am. I went down at 7:30 and the doors were locked. Other guest also walked up for breakfast. We called the number on the door and were told the clerk would be there at 8:45. People were not happy.

This was absolute most terrible experience i have had with any hotel/motel in my life.. First room had bed bugs,2nd room key wouldnt work even after 5 times of going back to office, had a hard time finding a room due most rooms were trashed from no housekeeping one room had an actual raccoon in it, several doors were wide open to the rooms, only one person on staff period, other than me there were 6 people who requested refunds! One lady was given a room that already had someone in it.. there was a drunk hanging out by office..bedding was stained..

This place is absolutely disgusting with non working commodities, poop in toilet clogged in both rooms we was placed in. Smelt moldy, unsanitary, a remote in one room with no tv, next room tv with no working cords. Staff very unfriendly, not helpful with customers and management staff is never there or available. Was told management did not have a contact number. Still waiting on our refund of $357. Had to go up there and make the clerk do her job to help get our money refunded. Prior to that, 5 other families was requesting the same. Had to threaten to call authorities to seek help with getting refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. Don’t let the outside fool you. We literally had to change the bed sheets ourselves, remotes didn’t work, no towels or washcloths in the room, dead roaches in the dresser and the floor wasn’t even vacuumed.

Nasty place. We walked in and instantly left.

Toilet didn't work, toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall, door didn't lock, carpet was ripped and filthy, no wifi, and BED BUGS!!! Lady at the front desk was nice though.

TELEVISION WAS NOT WORKING.HAD TO ASK FOR SOAP,SHAMPOO,TOWELS,ETC.3RD WORLD.SHOULD BE RENOVATED.NEEDS NEW LEADERSHIP.I SURVIVED.DID NOT WAKE ME UP. NO ALARM CLOCK.NO HAIR DRYER.WANTED TO SAVE MONEY. AND I GET THIS.

This was supposed to be refunded but they have not

I will never stay there again. The floors were disgusting. The looks didn’t work and was broken to our hotel room. When we came back to the hotel, our rooms door was wide open like someone else had access to it.

They were in the middle of remodeling the rooms. We got one not done. The room smelled. The TVs didnt work or have remotes. We had already reserved for 2 nights. The second night we asked for remotes...couldnt get them to work. No towels in the room upon arrival. Each night had to request for them. Got 3 towels. No wash cloths or hand towels. Saw a cockroach in toilet drinking water. Worse part, door did not have a chain and dead bolt didnt work...A man with a key possibly master key came into our room at 7 am. Did not feel safe after that. Husband was able to fix screws on door to bolt. Good thing the bed wasnt too bad. The man that gave us the room was nice. If the town wasnt full wouldnt have stayed.

The hotel room had not been cleaned (we didn't notice because we arrived late at night and were very tired). The TV had no service (antenna/cable/anything). The management was not accessible by telephone or in person when we checked out. They have not called back even after being asked to respond. Avoid if hygiene at all matters to you.

Nothing about our stay in this place was any good.

My major complaint with it was we never got washclothes. Was there three nights and everytime we asked for washclothes they didn't have any. The airconditioner leaked water all over the floor. Not to sure I would ever book with them again.

1st of all there was no one at the reception area, attempted to call and got no answer there was a in case of emergency number so I called it and was told to get keys from box beside door, next the room had broken doors, dirty tubs and several lights out, called emergency number and they said it’s under renovation. Hopefully they will have it finished before they rent it out again

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. The sink had bugs in it, the shower had mold, no toilet paper was in the room, no towels or wash rags, the floor had not been swept or mopped, and the tv did not work. They moved us to a new room however while sitting on the bed watching tv they gave our room to another family and they walked in on us and got mad at us for being in that room. Then the next day they did the same thing and gave our room to someone else. The swimming pool had not been cleaned or skimmed and had rough surface where concrete is busting up. This hotel had not be cared for at all.

Beds and linens smelled like urine, floors were not swept or mopped, trash had been emptied but the bags had not been changed.

No towels or wash cloths in the room. Went and asked and was given 2 towels and 2 wash cloths for 2 people for 2 days. Was told I could not have any more. No garbage cans or phone in the room. There was decaf coffee in the room but no coffee pot to fix it. Beds were horrible. By far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in Pigeon Forge. We will never stay here again

It wasn’t clean. It was hard to get a hold of staff and had a lot of things that were broken.

The worst and nastiest place I have ever willingly stayed at. I tried to get another place but it was after midnight. Checked under beds to ensure no dead bodies or meth lab was under there. Wore my clothes and shoes when laying on top of the bed. The smell of the room forever be in my nostrils and remind of what it must been like to in 16th century during black plague.

We left there was black mold on a/c tub backed up no towels or blankets dirty

The office manager was a very disrespectful. Arrived at 3:45 he stated the room was no ready and gave me attitude. Came back 30min later room was not ready and the manager stated he didn't like my attitude and stated he would not serve me. He attended to other guests and they received their rooms. He argued with me about my room would not give his name for reference. We did not get a room. Very bad service. No refund.

The room was dirty, no shades on light fixtures, toilet broke but was fixed, no towels, no blankets on the beds, only 2 pillows per bed, 20% of TV channels had no sound, smoke alarm or as chirping until the staff replaced the battery. Hotel was conveniently located and the staff tried to help but they were not able easily accessible.
