Even with a youth hockey tournament in town the first night of our stay, it was very quiet around the hotel. The staff is amazing - always asking if things were ok and the ice cold water on the hottest day of the year - brilliant!

Quick stay, hotel was clean. Unfortunately there was an accident in the pool, so it was closed. Wish they would have shared this at check in. The lobby area was a great space to hang out. The lighting could be better. Staff friendly and hotel was clean.

The Maple Grove Hampton Inn is just the right half way as we go North to the cabin from Iowa! Excellent stay

There were hockey teams at the hotel during our stay. It was very loud and the staff seemed very distracted by that. There were kids running up and down the halls. It was not ideal for our night away from our own kids.

I liked the fact that the property is close to Arbor Lakes shopping & restaurants, there’s plenty of parking and free ev charging
But I had a long stay , around 10 days…and housekeeping failed to refill my coffee supplies or top off the shower shampoo/ conditioner supplies
I had to leave a note to ask for my rights as I paid a lot for the room , and sometimes I actually had to seek them out in the hallway to beg for supplies … seemed they were stingy or or not thorough when cleaning the rooms
Also, I paid extra to pay at checkout, but was surprised by my credit card company that they made a large charge to my account without my approval, which I had to question at the front desk and was told they were just checking that I have enough funds to cover the bill ! Wow , that was extremely insulting and such a covert sneaky move … I will never stay there again

The lady at check in was rude. In the morning we couldn't get the shower to work. I called the front desk to see what was going on. I was rudely informed that they had a leak or something, she was very nonspecific. When I went to check out they never said a word to me.
I understand that things happen. I also think there is a way to handle it when things happen. A little customer service goes a long way. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Our check-in host was so very friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember her name, but she was exceptionally great. All the staff that we encountered were pleasant. Our room seemed newly updated and clean. They are definitely in the process of remodeling. We had a great night sleep and the shower was nice. We would stay there again next time we are in the cities.

Hotel was under construction and very dusty. Our room had ants and tv, fridges were unplugged so we had to move furniture to plug back in.

Stay was good. They are doing remodel work to 2nd floor. went to pool and hot tub however there were dead cockroaches and ants walking around area by hot-tub.

We paid a premium rate for a room with a hot tub. The room was dirty and grimy. The hotel staff put us in a nicer room. However, because we had pre-paid, the weren't able to re-fund the premium rate we had paid.

The hotel is extremely outdated compared to other hotels. It looked like it has not been updated for years and years. Maple grove is such a nice place and I did not think the hotel would be as bad as it was. We thought about canceling the hotel once we got there and going somewhere else.

We were there for just one night but it was perfect for us. Really clean room, sparkling bathroom and quiet.

The location was well maintained and the front desk agent Kimberly was very kind and efficient on check in.
The room was very comfortable and clean and met all my lodging needs.
They had a great continental breakfast...Only issue I had was that the breakfast didn't have breakfast gravy but that is more of a personal preference. I have no issue with give a 5 out of 5 on all counts. Definitely met expectations.

It’s a beautiful, well kept property. There were not enough towels for two people with a two day stay.

The luggage carts were a nightmare. They are new and the design us definitely not better. Near impossible to steer. I opted to make 3 trips as the carts were so bad. The choice of restaurants near the hotel are wonderful. I wish there had been a small outdoor patio area to sit. I was there 3 nights with my mother and we didn’t really have a place at the hotel to sit other than our room or the indoor pool area. Also the dining area has 2 steps so if you are traveling with a person where steps are a challenge keep that in mind.

A van load of young girls stayed on my last night there and laughed and giggled until just after 11:30. It was very frustrating

Beds were really comfortable. Sound proofing wasn’t great, we could hear the people in the room above us walking around. Convenient location right by the interstate

The weekend we stayed was busy with hockey and basketball tournaments. It was a beautiful high energy experience very accommodating for families and pets.
The area for breakfast should be expanded to seat a full house with children.
The staff was fantastic and our experience was awesome.

Hot tub was out of order. If we could have canceled without a charge we would have stayed in another hotel with a hot tub.
