Good location and price.

Poorly maintained- chipped paint and chips out of doors, etc, faucet in bathroom was loose and dripped. Not very clean- moldy curtain in bathroom, towels were stained. Room had an odor to it- not sure if it was what they used to clean or if it was something else- my allergies definitely flared up.

Clean your rooms and get a better breakfast, my bathroom sink was still used from the recent people before us and the kitchen part was dirty not wiped down and no shower curtain so couldn’t take a shower and it looks like someone took the hair dryer too!!!!

No ice machine, missing amenities in room.

Overall everything was dirty. Carpets, walls, elevator. Plugged bathroom sink. Didnt sleep entire night.☹

I reserved a 2 bed room, got two separate 1 bed rooms on opposite ends of the hotel. Had to sleep with my 13 year old as I couldn’t leave her alone ina room on the opposite end of the hotel

No breakfast, no pools, one bed was painfully lumpy, no dishes or pans, horrible tasting water

I liked the comparative value and the location. The room included a disinfectant spray, which I appreciated.

The floor in the room was filthy. My son’s socks were black within minutes from walking around. I ended up using the disinfectant spray and a towel to clean the floor so we could walk on it without shoes. The towel was black when I was done. Also, there were few power outlets and they were not conveniently located by the bed.

The check in staff was nice.

Staff was very nice and helpful location was very convenient for both our jobs. Beds are comfortable.

Lots of garbage all over outside. Brought our dog with us this time and couldn’t even put the dog waste bags in the garbage cans they were running over and blowing all over the place. Cigarette butts were all over and no appropriate places for disposal of them, lots of garbage all over outside the building. Smell of smoke was bad, that’s bad coming from a smoker myself. We’ve stayed at many extended stays in the past as we travel for work and this is not a favorite. Ended up leaving and going to a different extended stay in another town and we’re much happier and feels much safer. Lots of night time “traffic” and offer guests didn’t take into consideration some people get up early for work. Husband’s work truck alarms were set off a couple times once in broad daylight and the front desk clerk could only comment saying “hmmm seems someone’s watching you or your vehicle” not professional at all. Just didn’t seem like a “family friendly” or safe place to bring your children. The outside garbage was absolutely awful sight. The same black garbage bag sat outside on the sidewalk for 3 days and was still there when we checked out.

Staff were friendly and quick to respond to issues. Convenient location. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Claning staff need more training. Stayed here two separate times. First time both tables in room had something smeared on them. I went out and bought my own cleaning wipes to clean the tables and chairs. Second stay the room was cleaner but there was a piece of trash on one of the chairs and a hole in the wall from where the bathroom door handle had gone through the wall. There was also no place near the bed to plug in my phone charger..I actually had to run out and buy a wall plug.. Also; beware giant potholes in the road leading up to this location.
