Overall okay experience. Hotel is right next to lot of places to eat. We did see a cockroach in the lobby and black hair in the shower and on bedding. Our room did not get cleaned while there.

After 3 days without service I had to call the front desk to get my room serviced. Had to wait until the next day. I was told that they don’t service the rooms unless you ask. Ridiculous

People could just walk on the property

I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room was very clean. Amenities were amazing. Pool inside the hotel was a vibe. The lobby was very clean and smelt amazing. I like the fact that you have to use your room key to access hotel at night, it made feel safe. I will say the only thing I didn’t like was one of the front desk agents . When I came to check in she was talking to her co worker and completely ignored me. I said “hello” and she continues talking to coworker for a few seconds then she said “can i help you?”. She didn’t even greet me or welcomed me at all and then she continued to provide us with poor costumer service. The rest of the front desk staff I encountered were amazing though.

Horrible!!! Please take pictures of your room before and after!! They will blame you for something you didn’t do!! The General Manger she is rude. Your best bet is to stay elsewhere!!!! And they also had a stray Cat in the lobby!!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn Norcross, Ga. I was so exhausted, and the Hampton Inn did not disappoint. I slept so well. The room was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable and inviting It was one of the best night sleep I have had in a long time. I would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn to friend and Family. Also very friendly staff.

Very Clean!

This hotel was chosen because it was less than 1:2 miles from where we were going. The hotel was clean friendly staff and a good breakfast. Only downside was its hard to get in and worse to get out.

The people were friendly, the rooms were clean and it was centrally located. I would definitely stay again. However, the hotel is old and I found certain things in need of updating or repair. The toilet rocked every time you got up from it. There was mold in the caulking around the tub and the water backed up in the tub when the faucet or shower was on.

I have stayed there several times before, and it was excellent, but this time there were roaches and bugs on the bed and when I set my food down one got on my plate, a blood stain in the wall in the bathroom. It was actually the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. The bad part about it was, I had my mother with me.

There was a couple of hiccups at the beginning, but the manager reached out to me right away to make sure everything was resolved.

I stay here when I'm up on Norcross for work. It's solid everytime I stay.

This is the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever been to the staff was very rude and inconsiderate. The room was dirty and not up kept it smelt like mildew. The tub was very dirty and so was the carpet asked to change rooms and they told me that they were full, I would never recommend anyone to even allow their pets to stay here

First room wreaked of bleach, bathroom under construction. Moved to new room which was better, but blow dryer broken. Charge $50 incidental fee even though room fully paid.

The hotel is a little tricky to get in and out of. When you come up from the south its entrance is right in front of a merging lane. The hotel itself is a typical Hampton Inn with nothing really bad about it, but also nothing that really stands out about it. Not sure when they started every other day room service, but we went to another, different brand, hotel after this one and it was the same way. The staff was okay, but not overly friendly. Breakfast offered a wide selection. It is right off the interstate with a straight shot into Atlanta.

The front desk employees were rude, unprofessional. when I approached the front desk, it was unmanned. I looked for them when an employee came out from behind room and very rudely told me “we cannot have you come in here.” when I was not anywhere close to the room behind. The worst temperament I ever saw. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will not recommend this place at all.
