Not so good, tried to get in my room Saturday evening. Reserved & paid for 2 nights.I had locked out.
Roach bug crawling on condiments next to the Dream coffee maker. Not so great!

it was a stay we just needed a place to lay our head and have breakfast in the morning and it was perfect

Better than I thought it was going to be when I first pulled into the lot. We had double twin beds room was kind of small. Parking lot looks recently redone. They need to put new windows in the building. Replace the sign outside the building and please someone cut the bushes at the entrance and exit. Very dangerous trying to get out of the parking lot when you can’t see the traffic coming because the bushes are overgrown. They put on a nice breakfast. Fresh coffee all day long. The walls to the unit appeared to be a bit thin, but we had two quiet nights and I really appreciate that . I would stay there again, but definitely get a larger room.

I requested a handicap room plus a room on the first floor close to the exit. I had two of the three, The room was not handicap. There was no mat in the shower. This made the shower very slippery. The toilet was very low, there were no grabbars. It was very clean and modern. The beds were super comfortable.

We had a restful night until the radio alarm went off at midnight. the radio was static, volume was on max. We were awakened. We had to move the night stand because it was on top the radio power cord.
Otherwise our say was perfect.. Courteous friendly respectful staff.

I was there for my family member who was in hospice, so I didn’t utilize any amenities other than breakfast, but I can tell you the staff is AMAZING. They remembered my name and went above and beyond. I was blown away. I’ve stayed all over the world, at all types of hotels, and this stay was special because the front desk staff made me feel at home. They deserve accolades!

The hotel seemed “Updated” and clean… but the elevator and hotel room smelled like cigarettes. The front desk staff was super friendly!

The rooms are very small. Only 3 people in a 2 double bed room and we felt crammed. No room whatsoever. Was not the cleanest and price was way to high for this type of hotel.

We were very impressed with our room, it had plenty of space for a room with a king bed, recliner, and a long dresser that had a friggin, and microwave in it. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a nice Lg shower.

Hotel was clean, staff was very good. The beds and pillows were fantastic. My main concern was that in our room the bed frame was too long for the mattress and stuck out so I hit my toes constantly. Also the toilet seat was too big for the base . Toilet paper was like sandpaper. But the price of the hotel was very reasonable.

Unfair to senior citizens who accidentally typed in Midland Michigan instead of Midland Texas to book a room. . They refused to give a refund and we think this is discrimination. We will fight this.

Staff wasnt friendly. Upon checkin nobody was in the lobby, they were in the parking lot sitting in their car. Nobody greeted me at anytime that i traversed the lobby.
I would not recommend this hotel if I had any other choice.

Parts of the room needed attention. For instance, the paint on the bathroom wall and door were damaged. When I was trying to charge my cell phone, I found that the plug I was trying to use did not work. While the television had almost one hundred channels, there was no listing of what channel was where -- it took me almost 15 minutes to find the network evening news.

Very comfortable, not fancy, but comfortable, breakfast.. tasty, not fancy but filled the bill. If your looking for fancy, this is not it, but comfortable like home, yep, would stay here again.. cookies at check in. Delicious caffeine free coffee. Impressive accomadations and inexpensive. Home for me when traveling to midland.

Stayed 3 nights. Had to ask for clean towels. Housekeepping didn't replace dirty ones. Main desk staff not very friendly. "Shared" complaints about other guests with me. Good air conditioner and walk-in shower.

Minor issues with housekeeping. Had to request housekeeping to vacuum our room. Saw three clocks either not working or the wrong time throughout the building. The shower door needed a new rubber seal around the door. No liner bags in the room for the ice bucket.
