Super friendly staff. Free omelette station every morning and the guy making them is a master of his craft. Bar seemed a bit short-staffed the first two nights but the staff was clearly doing their best to keep up. I would stay here again.

No hot water….cold shower. Phones in room didn’t work. Refrig had 3” of ice and door couldn’t be opened because it was crooked and hit carpet. Carpet frayed & appeared dirty. Room did not smell nice.
Only nice things were managers special in bar & breakfast.

Room was disgusting when we first entered. Couch was torn, 2 huge brown stains in the floor and they were several roaches and lady bugs in the bathroom. I was so dissatisfied because i always stay at embassy and never had these issues. I went to front desk to explain my discomfort in hope of getting put in a different room but all the front desk receptionist told me she could do was add points to my hilton honors account and give complimentary parking. I was very disappointed and confused but continued my stay because there was nothing else near by for me to book for the holiday.

Staff was friendly, rooms were poorly kept. Animal pee stains on floor, dog food bits on floor, and what looked like chalk stains on the carpet. Cabinets had trim falling off. Trash from previous tenant also found. Place just feels way over due for a remodel and some major restoration.

We were rented a molded room and I still have yet to speak with management.. it's been 3 weeks and I've called and left messages.. my son's asthma gave us the blues.. not only that the pipes burst again on the same floor as we were checking out.. horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!

Overall, the stay was great mostly due to the service we received when we did need anything. Employees are very friendly and worked quickly to fix anything we found not working properly.
My only complaint would be with house keeping as our body wash and conditioner was completely empty.

We loved staying here! It was phenomenal!! Our 10 year old was so amazed at how nice it was, he just kept saying this place is amazing!! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best and the staff were so kind!!

The staff here is amazing, food is pretty good and breakfast is really good! It's just getting really dated and in desperate need of remodel. Stains in carpet, paint off door facings, furniture literally falling apart, bed wobbled every time I moved. Could be awesome but room just does not feel very clean. I would not even walk barefoot because carpet looked so dirty.

The carpet needs to be cleaned in 501, but that middle elevator needs some attention. I heard about 2 to 3 knocks as soon as it started moving. I like my elevator rides knock free, so I only used the first one. That first one will get you there in .5 seconds ok! AND it's knock free!!! Other than that, the breakfast was good, and the staff was nice and patient. It was a lot of teenagers, so I applaud their patience seriously. Oh, and the night staff was great as well. It was pleasant to talk with them after a 16-hour drive.

I accidently left my watch and it has yet to be recovered. I have reached out and came back and was told they couldnt check the room but someone would reach out. its been almost a week!!

The staff went out of their way to help me with anything I asked them to do. The breakfasts and the omelet station in particular was fantastic.

Everyone looks forward to cocktail hour at Embassy Suites. Not here !! Don't get your hopes up. Most disorganized, social hour ever. Two people are expected serve drinks AND take food orders AND deliver the food while the line stands and waits for 15 - 20 minutes.
Manager was of NO help and very snarky..
Breakfast, on the other hand, was great.

First room had a roach in it. Got moved to another room and it had black mold! Was told I’d be given a $45 credit to use at the hotel and then went to use it just to be told I didn’t have a credit!

Our room was not ready at 430PM and we had to settle for a different room. Once we go to our room ot was OK, but the shower walls were filthy.

The hotel is in a great location. Overall it was fine, but the hotel feels old and a little unkempt. Our room was a little musty and had been sprayed with some deoderizer. This is consistent with the reviews I saw when booking the room.. I suspect it is just an older property and needs attention. I will say our room was quiet.

The room was absolutely disgusting!! Stains on the carpet, shower curtain and pillowcase. No toilet paper in the bathroom and we couldn’t get ahold of the front desk to get more toilet paper, because the phone was broken. The toilet seat was broken. The dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in!!!!

The room was not well stocked-no Kleenex. Soap dispenser empty. Broken and stained furniture. while it was clean on the surface, it smelled of mildew. Laundry out of service. There were homeless people under the awning outside begging for cigarettes. I asked twice using the chat about the laundry, early check in, etc, no one ever responded.

Overall the my experience was good, the hotel needs renovations in the rooms, especially the carpet throughout the entire hotel. Breakfast was really good, we didn’t have time to enjoy the drinks and appetizers offered by the hotel but I think people who was staying there enjoyed it.

Only complaint is that that they ran out of salsa for the omelettes way before 9:30 when breakfast is over. Can’t remember for sure or not, but if it’s not the parking fee should be disclosed on Hotels.com

At first, the customer service was lousy, but fortunately a young lady named Chita was friendly and got everything straightened out. You need more like her to go above and beyond to make sure guests are satisfied. Customer service means a lot to me and I will stay there again.

My only complaint would be that during our entire stay, housekeeping would not or did not clean our room even after I asked and notified her that we were stepping out for the day. Other than that, great breakfast!

Every single staff member I had the pleasure to interact with was proactive, professional, and very quick to meet my needs. The property could use some maintenance. (We stayed on the third floor. It looked like there had been some water leaks which stained the carpets. Our shower curtain was pinned with safety pins. Our remote did not work, but someone came quickly to fix it.)

The parking lot was to small for being charged to park and if you left there was no parking spaces when you returned so that would force you to park in the parking garage at $17.00.Rooms where nice quiet,clean,spaces carpet needed to be cleaned otherwise the good was breakfast the room the workers the very bad the charging to park on a very small lot

Very noisy place. Atrium style lobby reverberates the sound. Housekeeping does not replace the coffee supplies in your room. Restaurant staff was snippy in their responses. Included breakfast was very nice.

I was very disappointed at the $ 17 parking charge that was revealed only at check in.

good one night stay. Breakfast was good fresh omelets and had bacon and sausage. If you drive an EV you can charge you car. Have to pay for parking. Also if you have the Hilton app you can use a digital key to get in you room and to check in and out.
