Hotel was nice. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Location was close to the Christmas market and Basler Munster, so the walk to both was easy. We like this place!

The hotel staff, especially Elmira, was very helpful, professional and friendly.
Her reception made me feel very welcomed. The stay was very pleasant and the hotel itself very clean and comfortable.
I would recommend this hotel to any frequent travellers and would definitely stay again if visiting Basel.

Very pleasant stay here…kind and helpful welcome with room orientation, lots of amenities like free tea-coffee, welcome drink, fully equipped room. Room was very small but amazingly designed to include everything you need…just wish there was a little more space for luggage but otherwise it was perfectly set up. Shower is great. Bath products smelled lovely. There are drinking water stations on every floor so bring a water bottle. Free baselcard is a great value for the museums and public transport. Only one stop away from the train station on bus 30. Walking distance to the main downtown as well and all the shopping you need. The breakfast is also one of the best I’ve had at hotels…lots of healthy veggies and even fresh berries. Beautiful garden patio out back to relax. Some construction noise from a nearby building at times but otherwise very quiet location. Thank you for a great stay!

The location was excellent. It was very convenient to both restaurants and entertainment, which were just around the corner. There is a local bus stop right in front of the hotel, and this was very convenient to the Biocentrum conference center on the nearby campus. The hotel was clean and rooms were nice. In addition, the breakfast was delicious and the outdoor courtyard lovely.

We loved the hospitality at this hotel. We were warmly greeted, and well taken care of during our two nights stay.
The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast amazing. The little garden outside of the breakfast area, was a delightful surprise. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This waa a great place to stay as a solo traveler. The service and hotel staff are very kind & accommodating, and the location is good - close to the central area, but far enough away from noise.

Great hidden gem! Easy to get to by bus from the airport, staff were all amazing, rooms were clean and it was only a short walk to restaurants and shop.

This was a great place to stay in Basel. Very easy to get to and from the airport. Very pleasant and welcoming staff, and the room I had was clean and comfortable; perhaps a little cramped for space when I wanted to do some administration, but not unacceptable.
There is no restaurant at this hotel, but there are plenty of nice places to eat just around the corner. There is however, a nice breakfast buffet, with a good range of fresh produce, with a nice garden to enjoy it in.
I don't have any plans to be back in Basel anytime soon, but if I do, I would certainly stay here again.

Staff unusually friendly, day and night the staff were eager to help and enjoy a chat. Rooms are on the small side for sure and the shower was the smallest I've ever had in a hotel. That said, room was comfy and clean, so no complaints other than on small side

This was just a great find. We arrived early but the room was ready and made available to us. The hotel itself is located close to the station, the town and a nice restaurant strip. Rooms are a good size, comfortable and equipped with all amenities. A very nice breakfast was included and there is a lovely garden where we could relax and enjoy the complimentary drink provided. The staff were fantastic - extremely welcoming and helpful. Could not recommend this place more highly.

A perfect 10 hotel. Loved our room, staff was so friendly and helpful. Our luggage did not make the transfer in Frankfurt to Basel. Hotel staff did everything they could to help us. Close to old town and wonderful restaurants.

Very convenient to catch the bus from the train station, which dropped us off right in front of the hotel. Nice lobby with a welcoming glass of wine in the evening. Small rooms with old world charm.

Small hotel, good size room for a budget room, quiet neighbourhood, 5 minute walk to center for bars, shopping, dining and transport. Zoo and art museums were a 9 minute walk. Lovely garden to sit out for breakfast or wine in the evening. Staff were great. I would certainly stay again.

Very close to City Center with many stores, cafes and restaurants. Front Drsk Mgr Annette is great and helpful. Her 18 yrs at the Hotel shows in her pride at work.😋

Staff are very friendly and helpful! Very much enjoyed the welcome drink and added crisps. The location of the hotel is a stones throw away from the main area of shops & museums. Basel card is a great added bonus. Stayed 1 night and came back a few days later to a very warm welcome. Would recommend and stay again :)

It was really good hotel and good service. It worth to all your money. Staff was so kind especially Alex helped us a lot and he was so kind. They treated us with free drinks and also updated our room to bigger one without any additional cost.
