Great and easy check in, ample parking and clean room. The beds were uncomfortably firm, we woke up stiff the next morning. May be great for some people but we were fine with the one night.

Amazing stay - amazing staff - clean rooms - comfy beds - hot showers - feee breakfasts - 12:00 check outs - plenty of parking - a really really great stay - and I will recommend - BUT - my only complaint was - the damn TV !!!! It's too small and it's from 1998 - update the TVs to at least a 42-46 inch with an easy menu - the menu sucked as well- very hard to navigate - update the TVs and it's a 5 Star all day long

It's 3 stars hotel. You cannot expect it as 4 or 5 stars. I stayed one night and I don't have any complaints about it. They have fridge and microwave. The only thing I feel a bit weird is no hand soap. I bring my own toothbrush and toothpaste so I don't have any problems with it.

The hotel was clean,breakfast was okay. Staff was friendly & helpful.Shower was made for shorter people not anyone 5’9 or taller.
TV quality was poor,reception kept breaking up. Have stayed at Ayres hotels previously but this was our first experience at this one.

The front desk lady who checked us in was awesome and so friendly! Can’t remember her name, but her tag said she was in training, but she was a natural people person. She made out experience super enjoyable.

I had a great day; arrived very tired and was able to utilize the hot tub right away with no children splashing about. The front desk was super kind and attentive. My room was clean and bed service took place every night. There is plenty of parking on site and easily Walkable locations to eat.

The only complaint is, check in always takes a long time. And it takes foreverrrrrrr to get my deposit back.

The ALO Hotel by Ayres was as advertised. The hotel was clean, the kingsized bed was comfortable, the parking was free and the included breakfast offered plenty of variety and was generous. It was perfect for our needs during our 4 day stay to watch 2 NHL games (Ducks and Kings), do a little shopping and visit Huntington and Newport beaches - but you'll need a car!!

Excellent! Loved my stay here! Comfortable beds, CLEAN rooms, SUPER friendly staff, FREE parking, microwave and fridge in room, next door to a Wendy’s and Starbucks…I will DEFINITELY be staying here again any time I have a Disneyland trip in the future!

We tossed and turned all night, then woke up with crooks in our neck: because pillows in the room was flat like pancakes, we called and asked if they had other options they sent up what they called foam pillows which where not comfortable (those where flat as well). We where disturbed through the night, by loud noises from other guest talking loud in the hallway and loud doors slamming through out the night. We requested to be moved, but told no other rooms were available until after 3pm. We was not moved. I did request some kind of compensation for my inconvenience, but was told the manager wasn't in. I never thought about bring my own pillow or ear plugs on vacation, but it may be something I may need to consider staying at the ALO hotel in the future.

Awful mattress in room. Very uncomfortable. Noisy road, ambulance sirens could be heard through the windows. Really needed a good night’s sleep for a very stressful next day, and this was not possible. And, yes I brought earplugs. Maybe a good hotel for a cost effective Disney trip, but expect to get rest when you get back home. This hotel should not have the Ayer’s name on it.

This was an excellent find for us. Perfect location to the nearest shopping outlet Mail. As we as being a handy bus ride to Disney. Another bonus was the free breakfast every morning as well as the free parking. A wonderful stay and will visit again.

The property is old and needs a major update. Several times my AC would blow in urine smells from the outside into my room, even though I was on the 3rd floor. I only stayed here because of the convenience to UCI and because the Hotel FERA was booked.

The room carpet is filthy, it looks like they haven't done carpet cleaning for over a decade.
The shower pressure is so low that it takes you a very long time under the shower to wash the soap in your short hair, if you have long hair then you have to stay forever in the shower to wash the soap and they put a note that they want to save water.
In their advertising, they show they have a pool and jacuzzi, but they don't. you have to walk to the neighboring hotel to use their pool.
The hotel's condition is really old.
Most people who use the hotel are on vacation and they would like to sleep longer in the mornings, they offer free breakfast but it is maximum to 9 am. You have to get up early to have breakfast.

Good value for your money. Room and bathroom very clean 10/10. Stay is comfortable 10/10. Complimentary Continental breakfast is what I expected for what I paid - hot and cold items with standard breakfast beverages available 10/10. Because its close to the hospital, i heard the ambulance pass by 2x - but not bad. My family slept through it and didn’t even wake them up. Its close to the freeway but I didn’t hear the freeway noise. So quietness I give 10/10. Will stay here again in the future.

We had a great stay at ALO Ayres. The hotel was clean and it was conveniently located off the 5 freeway. There is a starbucks and wendy's in the plaza next door. The cons are small elevators, freeway noise. The room set up was very efficient for luggage storage and personal belongings. It felt spacious. Our tv remote was not working so we could not really access the TV guide to know what channels were what. Our check in could have been better. Tina was having a bad day and I felt like I was burdening her when I checked in around 8:30pm. She did not say hello, she gave me the information and the pillows I requested but she was not friendly. Felt like I was at the DMV processing a transaction. The breakfast was good.

Great hotel, roomy space and supremely comfy bed. Breakfast was a bit lukewarm, but decent choices for a freebie! Few issues with the ART shuttle (not the hotels fault!) Would stay again.
