Property was easy to get to from major highway.
Like ice machine on all floors. Complimentary hot buffet had a variety of choices for all. I didnt like room floor had damp carpets and loose tiles in bathroom, sliding door couldnt close properly. for a suite it lacked a microwave in room (used one by and just a little more space than standard sized room. Bed and pillows were comfy, peaceful sleep...had blackout drapes. Appreciated hooks by shower and towel bar for hand towels. Mildew on grab bars.water pressure- low. Had shower gel and soap. Was a Night light in bathroom and a coffee maker, but it leaked...wouldn't stay here again

The property was clean and that is important, however, we reserved an " adapted" room with easy access to the shower. First thing we noticed when entering the room, the floor was slippery. That is unacceptable, but instead of complaining to front desk, I wet a towel and pulled it along the floor removing the slippery residue. The room itself was clean and the bed comfortable. The water in the shower was scaldingly hot and that was the only temperature available. We only spent two nights there so I just let this slide. The breakfast hostess, Carol was excellent! She chatted with many of the guests, including myself, while keeping the breakfast area clean and running well. Overall our stay at the hotel was OK, not great, and if I planned on staying longer, I would certainly have spoken to management about the slippery floor and the hot water. There is room for improvement.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and had a beautiful outdoor pool. It is very close to Cleveland zoo which is where we spent the evening

Very loud refrigerator in my room which I couldn’t shut off. The furniture is very dated and worn in the lobby and in the rooms. I had a king size room, but aside from a chair at the desk there were no other places to sit in the room, even a small sign would’ve been nice. Staff were excellent. The pool is very clean.

Suite was a great option for our 2 toddlers. Beds were not super comfortable. A bit outdated and there’s a lot of competition around for suites. Not enough outlets and when you could find one, the cords would not stay in. Needs some updating.

1. Move shower curtain to inside of floor barrier. Bathroom floor flooded each time shower was used.
2. Number of safety bars inadequate. Add one at each side of shower to assist stepping out of shower.

Hampton Inn was in a quieter area outside the city of Cleveland. We found the room and hotel very sufficient for a weekend trip- overall everything was clean and the staff friendly.

The staff was wonderful. Side Security door to the exterior was broken so people could come in off the streets. There was a musty smell in every room. We tried three.The windows were scratched and old and dirty. There was a half eaten apple in the apple basket. In need of renovation
