The room is very spacious and comfortable, bathroom is very clean. The only thing is the bedside table had food stains on it that was not wiped. That made me a bit uncomfortable to touch other things in the room such as the remote control and light switches. I was disappointed that I couldn’t find a business center as the hotel information said that there was one. Other than that I was very happy with the room and the service.

The room was very clean, mattress and pillows were softer than expected. Shower was great. Complementary breakfast was good, very tastefully decorated dining area with laid back atmosphere was a nice touch to eat in. Staff was very nice, attentive and seemed to always be busy doing tasks without ignoring guests. All in all, will be back for sure.

The hotel was pretty good. Our room was clean, everything has been fairly well maintained. Ultimately we were happy and the cost fit our budget.

Breakfast attendant did not monitor well, waffle batter remained empty for an hour until the end of breakfast. Water in the gym empty, not replenished as it should. A hotel, is a hospitality occupation comfort and availability are requirements and they did not meet expectations.

Key card readers are old and have trouble reading the cards: its difficult getting into the rooms. DIANA at the front desk was getting frustrat3d with the card coder machine too cause it was old and wasnt working. The interior is very old and damaged throughout. Air conditioning in the room was mold smelling and very musty. Breakfast was food bank quality.

The room was clean and appreciated the bath tub. I thought the beds were uncomfortable as well as the pillows. I think it is time to replace the mattresses. The breakfast was good. Waffles were very good.

Was given a different type of room than what was booked, hotel blamed Expedia which I didn’t even use to book it. Ac was so loud barely slept all night. People at desk didn’t seem to care.

I booked the rooms thru Hotels.com for my guys working in Norman. When checking in he used his passport because he is waiting on his paperwork for his DL. The person checking them in stated telling them she was going to call the police and have them arrested and started taking pictures of their truck and followed to there room filming them. I will never book another room at LaQuinta. That was very unprofessional and if they would have called me I would have gone and talked to them to let them know.

Im not sure why mistakes made by a 3rd party cant be canceled by the property contracted with them. No help given by reservation agent. Made reservations elsewhere.

The room was spacious but unfortunately the mattress was not firm enough for my husband. The a/c unit was extremely loud and we’re not sure it was functioning properly no matter how low we turned the temp the room was barely cool. It also had a mildew smell. The dish satellite service kept cutting in and out every few minutes. I also did the pre checkin which was convenient and I could elect add-in’s like a 1pm checkout. Unfortunately, even though on their website it showed approved and a charge of $30 the front desk gave me the runaround and said it wasn’t showing up.

Overall good stay- they are serious about not checking in early… they will charge you extra anytime before 3pm. Also, don’t bother doing the whole online check-in the day before, you’ll have to redo it all again

The room as not vacuumed (white dog hair on the carpet and on the bed), the AC only worked if it was always on (it did not work on automatic), and woke up Saturday to no hot water but that was fixed in about 20 min.

La Quinta charged me a fee because I wanted to check in at 2:15PM as opposed to 3:00PM. My usual go-to chain would never do that. Stickers I could get for free on Campus, had a price tag of $5 at the front desk. Come on, gimme a break! It just reminds me why I like my other hotel chain better...they were just sold out on this day.

The property was nice and decorated for Fall.
The mattress was pretty squishy but still pretty comfortable with nice bedding.
However on day two I pulled the white comforter all the way up and found what looked like a small coffee or soda spill spot. It had been hidden by the way housekeeping had folded the comforter back when they made the bed. No way they could have overlooked that.

Hotel was in excellent condition. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but not great. The one very negative experience was the fact there was little to no hot water for a 7:00 am shower. Not acceptable!

I don’t see myself staying at this hotel again. Had to get my key card fixed 2 times because it would not work. Did not have any hot water had to take cold showers while I was staying there.

This visit the water in room did not get hot or warm, carpet ckean, but odor from vacuum maybe rubber worn from vacuum cleaner. Otherwise, the room was comfy for overnight stay.

It is my second stay at this hotel. Check in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable! There’s a IHOP within a short walking distance. I would definitely stay there again!

We have stayed here before. Unfortunately with hotels.com we have been turned away before due to oversell situations. We arrived early and knew that if we didn't come check in early, there was a chance we would be turned away late at night after our plans. We didn't need access to the room, but wanted to know that we were checked in and the room would not be given to someone else. We were asked to pay a fee of $55 for early check-in, and we declined. The last at the front desk was not as friendly as we hoped, but she wasn't rude either. It was more of a neutral, "what do you want from me?" situation. It all ended up being okay, but I was shocked we weren't asked if we were Wyndham rewards members, etc. I've never been asked to pay a fee to hold a room we already reserved.

Nice clean hotel. Bed was nice and soft. Shower nice and clean. The breakfast was not that good but eatable. The older lady in the breakfast room was rude.

The facility was clean and bright and clean. Rooms are large with comfortable beds. Has a microwave and mini-fridge. Breakfast buffet has something for everyone. Easy online check-in and check-out.

You have to really like wet dogs to stay here and also not mind a lot of hair. It smelled so bad my husband checked out before I even showed up. He said the staff was very friendly and we received a refund.

Elevator seemed risky as there was clear damage on the key pad, second floor button was pushed in by at least an inch. Hallway was extremely hot. Didn’t have hot water one morning.
