Clean room in decent location not far from the airport. Quite a few restaurants close. Older hotel but I would stay again. Average breakfast included.

It worked well for what we wanted

Our room was not cleaned well. There were things that were just not working correctly in the room. All management could say was, "I'm sorry to hear that". We stayed at the Homewood Suites earlier in our stay and it was must better.

Super accommodating. My sister and I had a flight tour to katmai that got cancelled so we decided to stay in anchorage another night. We had checked out at 6:30 am and were back at 9 trying to rebook another night. They let us have our old room right back and didn’t have to wait at all! Super comfortable beds also.

Very quiet.

The hotel room we stayed in was ok but really needed a deep clean. The carpet was stained.We found socks from the previous person staying in the room. The shower needed a deep clean and the room needs dusting .

The peloton was broken, unable to lower seat. The shuttle driver said he would come in ten minutes. Twenty minutes after that, the front desk called him and he said he’d be there in twenty minutes. I had to call an Uber to get to the airport. There was zero traffic and the airport is about six minutes away. No apology or anything. Other than that, the hotel seems clean and staff are adequately polite. Breakfast was standard. Nice they have a pool.

Previously had arranged an underage client to check-in and communicated with staff on Friday; new staff member Sunday would not accept forwarded email from client and had to contact me directly again even though this is the 2x arrange I've made with the Front Desk. I've since asked what needed to be done in the future and was told Front Desk would discuss it amongst themselves.

It was fine.

The AC in our room did not work. We were simply told they did not have a maintenance person on duty and there was nothing they could do. No hair dryer in the room and they didn’t have one. No stopper in the sink. Lobby entrance flooring was dirty and uninviting. Breakfast was good. Beds and bathroom seemed clean except carpet.

Good place to stay if you are transiting or want to be close to airport

The shining stars in this hotel were the couple who kept up with the buffet. The area was clean - the cleanest I have ever seen at a hotel. It was a man and woman. The gentleman who picked us up from the airport was very rude and told us he was very tired. Not a good example for first impressions at your hotel.

Air conditioner was extremely loud

Clean and modern room. Breakfast was chaotic with many things out of stock and not quickly replaced. No housekeeping during stay even though it was requested. Convenient location and free parking.

The staff met us with a cookie treat and gave a good recommendation for a place to eat nearby that was just right.

The property was exactly like all the hotel chains in Anchorage. They are interchangeable except for their room rates

This hotel is modern looking, breakfast is included. There is a bit of road noise but the comfortable bed compensated for that. Rooms are a good size and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Hampton Inn Anchorage.

I wouldn’t stay here again

Everything was good, except there were a lot of homeless lurking about. I didn’t feel unsafe, but my car was gone through by someone at night.

We returned this time because our first stay was outstanding on all levels. This stay was disappointing aside from the airport shuttle drivers both being nice and the morning staff that said goodbye, actually smiled. The staff member checking us in the night before was “short” with any response. When I asked about my Hilton Membership being connected to the stay, she told me no and said that was because I booked through a third party. The person in front of us was checked in, given a gift bag and thanked for being a Hilton Honors Member. The room wasn’t what I reserved. The door had almost a complete opening around it when shut and locked. I thought our door had somehow been opened, I approached only to find it had no weather stripping or door seals. You could see the hallway lighting almost completely around the door which looked rough and gave little privacy. First towel grabbed had several dark marks. There were no wash clothes. Glad our stay was brief this time. Doubt we will return.

We tired so we just need to get some sleep so the there was a nice restaurant right there a the beds were great nice and comfortable

Noisy kids allowed to run through hallwaY and adults screaming at pool. I left early because of this.
