Hotel was prettt nice overall. Could use some updates. Our room smelled very damp and moldy and the tv wasn’t connect to the internet so we couldn’t use it. Pool area definitely needs some TLC. But overall it’s a decent hotel. Very close to Busch Gardens

Place was nice and clean but I stayed on 4th floor and the hallway and room smelled like smoke, irritating my allergies. I was told hotel was recently changed to non-smoking abd working on all floors. Shower water was lukewarm.

Every on this Hotel is too old and not well maintenanced, its a bad election stay there. Never again.

The room smelled like a prior smoker stayed their and when i arrived for check-in nobody was at the front desk,the carpet is filthy in the rooms and my bathroom toilet had commode inside of it.I would not recommend this hotel very dirty

The humidity smells inside the room is very bad,
I woke up with a headache from the smell.
The tv cannot be connected to the wi fi,
It has to be connected to my phone through hotspot
So I ended up without tv all night,
But the regular channels will work but no Netflix or anything

Staff was helpful and polite but housekeepers kept knocking the door too early in the morning, maybe consider that sometimes guests need more rest. Provide a 'Do not disturb' sign to avoid this.

Was surprised at how much paperwork needed to be filled out during check in considering the room was prepaid. The included breakfast consisted of coffee,yogurt, waffle irons, cereal, and microwave sandwiches. Future guests can get a better breakfast at the nearby Bob Evans.

Very uncomfortable beds and seems there were some “insects/ bugs” in the mattresses that didn't allow me to sleep! felt like biting my body!

Site advertised buffet breakfast, was continental. Requested adjoining rooms, was not. Hotel rectified on site, but not before we had to move both rooms.

This place was in poor shape. The lobby, hallway, and rooms smelled like wet old towels, like mildew. The lobby had visible water damage. When I got to the first room they gave me, I found it open with an industrial dehumidifier. So, I went back to the lobby to change it. The next room was no better, it did not have working lights, and had what looked like mold, and the soap was already open. I have asthma, and my kids have severe allergies, so we couldn't stay. I explained this to the hotel and to hotels.com, but they refused to give a refund or help in any other way. Hotels.com said it was up to the hotel.

the environment was nice and quiet, shower is perfect with safety bars installed. only thing I did not like is the fact that the carpets in the room is soo old and dirty. needs replacement

There was a pen and paper in our room but someone had drawn all over it and in one of the other rooms we had there was a pacifier, which makes me wonder how much they actually cleaned the rooms but other than that it was a good experience.

It's Florida ~ we were there in the early spring but the AC just couldn't keep up with the humidity. Bathroom is typical FL peeling paint (humidity reminder). The toilet and shower could really use updates. Um, breakfast was microwave frozen sandwiches, cereal and fruit in the tiniest seating area. Pool area was nice. Can handle for a night but if your stay is longer, might want to look elsewhere.

I had a king bed room. I will say the beds were comfortable . They gave a great amount of pillows. So what was upsetting is I had to leave a day early and they refused to give a refund for that day. So I lost out on $90 because they refuse to do the refund . They also have a $100 deposit that you do get back when you check out but we were not told about it when we did the reservation so when we got there they charged us enough the $100 deposit and we almost didn't have enough money for it they never let us know ahead of time . It's a good hotel compared to some . Though I'm not sure if I'll ever use them again due to the fact that I lost money because of their refusal for a refund with me having to check out early .
