For the price this hotel is terrible. Definitely not the Crowne Plaza I remembered from in the past. Very shabby and rooms are lacking. Plus was charged an extra $50 at checkin and not really sure why. Staff quickly mumbled something about incidentals but didn’t really explain so I could understand.

Wonderful stay. A bit disappointed the shuttle was not running the entire weekend. The shuttle was one of the main reasons I chose your hotel. Justice was great. So friendly and helpful. Would consider staying again if shuttle was running.

Great location , great hotel , great everything . However when you check in there , double check they received payment , been double charged by hotels.com which I got a deal rate from , and a room night directly from the hotel at full charge . Emails to rectify this are being ignored for refund despite many attempts . Buyers beware

Check in was easy, room very clean. The only thing i would suggest is adding a microwave to the room. The restaurant and pool were nice as well. Great stay!

Upon arrival, the front desk was friendly and professional. Hotel lobby looked clean and modern. There’s a charge for parking $50! The garage was dirty where the elevator is leading up to the room. Room was large with coffee machine and small refrigerator plus all the perks. So many restaurants within walking distance and if attending a concert. Now to the issues. Blanket had a stain on it, and there was a cockroach in the sink. When I went to get ice, the ice had mold or black stuff on it. Beds are hard for me. For my husband he loved it.

The property was clean, rooms were nice, bathtub did not drain well. We had to stand in an inch of bath water while finishing showers.
We didn’t realize there was a $25 a night parking fee. The parking garage was fairly narrow and the wide cement beams didn’t make for ease parking.

The young man that received us at checking was very welcoming & happy to help. Very safe hotel with a walking distance to Power & Lights to party & plenty of restaurants to choose in the area. It’s very clean & our room was very big with a super comfortable bed. Safe parking inside hotel & the lobby is magnificent with a nice bar, restaurant & even a spot to take selfies to remember your stay.

The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. There are no signs indicating the location of the pool. Our air conditioner knocked and made noises all the time, keeping me awake at night. We had a nice view and the coffee shop was delightful in the mornings.

Great choice for a hotel when attending a concert/event at the T-Mobile Center just a few blocks away - very convenient and felt safe. Lots of people on the street between the two locations.

Was in town for a conference at the convention center, very convenient. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I was thrown off by the chlorine smell in the lobby.

Good location, excellent front desk ladies!!!!! It was a little warm on the upper floors and elevators but not sufferable. I would suggest that the hotel close the curtains on the upper floors to keep the rooms cooler when no one is staying in the rooms. Easy fix.

Trying to get to the front door to check in is incredibly difficult. There is no designated street parking, and one small curved driveway that can only accommodate about three cars. If one of them is a larger SUV, you will not be able to get around it. I had to illegally park to check in. The desk service, however, was very quick.

Stayed here for the Olivia Rodrigo concert. The hotel was excellent all around. Close walk to T Mobile. I would stay here again.

The front desk representative was very friendly & helpful with questions. What really stood out to me was this: Other guests were checking in at the same time I was. These guests were rude, demanding & spoke awful to the front desk help. I was impressed with how professional and patient they were and continued to try to help the guests to the best of their ability. The guests made me feel uncomfortable & the front desk reps handled it very, very well. I was impressed.
The only thing I didn’t care for is how dirty the elevator entrance from the parking garage are.
