We arrived late to this location and the service desk lady was very friendly. However, they did not accept cash and it was 4 am so the lady allowed me to check in and go to the bank the next day when I woke up to put money in my account to pay. We got up around 1, took showers and were headed out when the manager came banging on our door screaming management!!! i opened the door to a lady yelling at me that i had 20 minutes to get out. i tried to explain she said she didn't care and we needed to leave now. we had reserved 2 nights and she said no. get out now. so we left. Ive never been treated this way by management in my life. she wouldn't even let me talk. horrible experiance. do not reccomend

Convenient, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Towels were incredibly soft. Housekeeping is by request which I really appreciate. Toiletries were good.
I had to clean a handful of hair out of the tub drain to get it to drain. We own vacation rentals and this is part of our routine cleaning.
We were a band in Pueblo for state competition; they knew what time we were arriving. There were other bands arriving as well. There was only one person at the checkin desk.
They opened up a meeting room to accommodate the number of people for breakfast. Great customer service.
Breakfast was just ok but included. Sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt.

They changed my reservation from two beds to one without notification. We made it work, but still unfortunate. The hotel was fully booked.

There is nothing about my stay that I can recommend. Sink wouldn’t drain. Tub wouldn’t stop running. Toilet seat to small for commode. Coffee maker incomplete. Room smelled terrible.

Worst motel I have ever seen. No parking guaranteed. Room locks are not working properly. No soap in the bathroom. Worst breakfast. No eggs, only sausages. I wish there’s an option for the 0?star

The room was nice. The bathroom doors were a little touch to manipulate (bifold doors) but overall a great place. The breakfast was good and the staff seemed nice.

The stay was good. Good service and friendly staff. The room we stayed in was clean for the most part. The sink drain did smell and the small fridge still had lettuce leaves in it.

There were no hair dryers available and the thermostat was set at 62.
We had th turn the heat up when it was almost 90 in pueblo. Don't know how that saves energy!

This hotel appeared very clean and the room was quite spacious however I couldn't get passed the very strong smell of urine in our room. From the moment I stepped in, I was overwhelmed by the stench. We should have asked to move but I didn't want to appear to be difficult. I was an idiot. I later found out that we were assigned a pet room, even though we didn't have a pet with us. I spoke with one of the housekeepers who confirmed that indeed, our room was basically a toilet!

The property was clean and updated. Our room was also clean and spacious. It was raining while we were there. We were on the fourth floor and the roof was leaking in the hallway next to the elevator. The staff was cleaning up immediately, but it seems the building is lacking maintenance. I

Shower was absolutely horrible. Can’t tell if it was messy or age of room. The top cover on one of the beds was not clean. Category leading to the rooms need to be replaced

Was a nice stay. Didn’t have any shampoo/body wash in room. AC was a little noisy but worked well. Breakfast didn’t have much: waffles, cold sausage Pattie’s, dry cereal, bagels. Or pastries. If just need a place to sleep, I would recommend.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby and rooms were updated but the hallways were dated and dirty. The area outside our door smelled like urine and there were questionable people saying next to us.

The hotel was old and needs a face lift. The door jams to our rooms looked like someone broke down the door a time or two. Beds were concave in the middle.

The room was dirty, it smelled like a dog house, the pillows had nasty covers that smelled, there were bugs in the room, it seemed like drug deals was going on in the back of the facility, dog vomit on the carpet in the hall that was reported and never cleaned up. I'm no in the house dog person. As we were eating breakfast...in comes another dog into the eating area for those people to have breakfast with a dog. Hell, I should have brought my horse. Last stay. So I have now written off Trinidad and now Pueblo CO LaQuinta Inns. If you can't do better than this, I can't stay there.

This hotel is really run down and filthy. The hallway carpets are so dirty same with the floor in the elevator. It needs a deep clean and some attention. The dog hair was everywhere in our room (floor, bedding, walls). Plus there were dogs running around the hallways without a leash. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping is definitely lacking. For as much as they charge per night it should be cleaner.

The room was great and the front desk service was good. Breakfast options were not that great - had to stand in line to get food and then some items ran out (still had 20 minutes left before breakfast). They were not enough of tables and chairs for the amount of guests. I told one lady working the breakfast area that an item was out and she accused me of yelling at her. I was not yelling - I had to talk loud due to the noise level in the breakfast area. A bad breakfast experience for such a great hotel. We had to stop down the road and pay for breakfast even though it was included in our room but not enough food was provided for the guests.

Staff very friendly. Lots of grassy areas to walk the dog. Rooms very. Lean and updated and even though the hotel looked to be full, it was very quiet

We arrived and in the room the pillows were messy like if the room was cleaned then someone decided to take a nap on both beds. The bathroom has swing doors that do not lock which was odd. The hallways looked like they have not been cleaned in a long time. The breakfast was good for something quick and the lady in charge of the breakfast area was really nice.

We reported our toilet was running very loudly. They came in the next day & left mud all over the floor and didn't fix the toilet. It stopped working altogether and we reported it. They refused to give us another room & said there was nothing they could do. We checked out early.

Terrible experience, flush doesn't work in bathroom , drain doesn't work in bathroom . When complained to front desk they checked put my stay while I was supposed to stay for another 2 days

The front desk workers were amazing! 1st room wasn’t cleaned. Stains, dirt on floor, dusty. They did move us when I asked- 2nd room was better.

When we check in went to our room it was dirty had to go to front desk then moved us to another one the sink didn’t drain but they did fix it… also the laundry room dirty smelled and washer made a very loud noise while washing and the dryer did not dry all my clothes

Website said sleeps 5 but didn’t. The beds were not queen size and were very uncomfortable and the breakfast was cold and not a good selection. Also roof had mold on the ceiling.
