Friendly staff at check in. Nice location. Convenient online check in/ check out option. Sheets and pillow cases had hairs, makeup stains and urine stains on them (luckily I bought the disposables with me) thin walls, just needs minor renovations.

Had a very comfortable stay at this property. We booked again to come back in a few months. All staff was pleasant, breakfast was nice. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Quick overnight stay because early departure for airport. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable but pillows were flat. Hotel needs some updating. Many doors looked liked someone had tried to pry them open. Was a little uncomfortable due to many shady people walking around the parking lot. Loved convenience to Sanford International Airport.

The AC in the lobby was broken. There was no one available to help us with the sofa bed, and the cover was dirty. I went down to the lobby to ask for clean sheets, but I had to take them by myself and make the sofa bed. Additionally, the phone in the room was disconnected.The room was 140

This hotel was close to a work event and had plenty of rooms with two beds which worked our staff. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, which is most important. Carpet and upholstered chair had some stains. Air conditioning did not work in the common areas of the hotel, but the room was fine. At one point one of the elevators stopped working, but was fixed later in the day. I felt it was a very noisy property. The clientel that stay at this hotel have no consideration for others. Super loud in the hall by the washing machines and elevator past 10 pm and as early as 7:30.

Children running and yelling and banging in the hallway.
Elevator not working our entire stay so have ing to walk up to the fifth floor eveytime we left.
Breakfast not appealing at all.
And no umbrellas out by the pool so if we sit by the pool we were roasting.

Dirty towels, blanket and beds. Nasty windows, they have not clean the windows for decades. Barely can see outside. 1 out of 2 rooms thermostats did not work. Bathtub drainer was not functioning properly

Once you walk in, it looks great. The breakfast had a fair amount of options, i jist wish they had more options than sausages. The room was nice and spacious however me personally i hate carpet and just felt gross out by it especially with the fact that they allow pets. Our room was pretty clean besides the big stain in the carpet and the broken toilet seat, i loved the room and the layout of it. The only three annoying parts of the property was the constantly broken elevator, the broken ice maker on the 3rd floor and although the pool was warm, it also had a lot of bugs floating around. Otherwise i enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. The staff is very nice and accomodating when you need assistance. I stayed 5 nights. Bed was comfortable and i love that they had dove complimentary soap and samasung tv.

There was black mold in the shower, the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. The hallways smelled like urine. People were smoking weed outside of the hotel.

Booked and stayed due to lack of options and proximity to family. Overall it was “eh”. Or so-so.

Loud! Dogs barking, alarms going off all night, no way to stop it.
Broken! Phone in room didn’t work, tv in bedroom of king suite didn’t work. Part of ceiling (probably too much paint) falling in window area, fridge covered in ice.
Not the cleanest: heavy black dirtiness on windows, doors and walls had dirtiness like fingerprints or just nastiness
Not helpful: tried to report issues, desk person less than helpful and gave a late check out when asked but with a slight attitude as if I was bothering her.
Overall may stay again just bc of convenience and bc it’s better than the surrounding hotels but will look elsewhere first.
