Frequently there was no one at the front desk. It appeared there we some people living full time in the hotel. Breakfast was very limited. Room was pretty clean and pretty quiet.

We appreciated the value for a last minute stay. The room was clean however I didn’t notice until much later when we went to bed that the sheets had a bit of a sour smell. Not the fresh, I know they’ve been bleached smell. So made for a restless night. Everything else was clean though.

It was a quick overnight stop. Location was close to the Premium outlets. Breakfast service was not good due to lack of selection. The early birds take all the best items, and then nothing left for others. I also did not like the fact that the room is equipped with nothing, and you need to take inventory of what you need and ask for it (shampoo; body wash; plates; glasses; etc..) - very inconvenient.

Great hotel. Very good value, amazing staff very friendly. Only issue was the first room i booked, smelled just a little bit of smoke. On my second stay the room had no issues.

If i could give more than 5 stars to the staff here, especially Noel at night , i would give 20 stars. Thanks guys

I checked in and went to my room. I immediately checked out again within 10 minutes. The room stank of smoke (meant to be a smoke free hotel) and the hallways smelled of poop. There was no way I was placing my head on the pillow and in that room. Unimpressed. The receptionist was very nice and said that she would issue me with a refund after I contacted Hotels.com

We didn’t like the roaches inside the room as well as the spiders…poor lighting, restroom door difficult to open and close and the shower faucet needs attention..

Just made a review of the other one in chabot. I should have come here and ate the higher cost for a peace of mind instead. My overall 2 experiences in this place was great! Front desk was kind enough to set the expectation of bugs being common in places like this but so far theirs is one of the cleanest I've been to! Only downside is electric stove doesn't run hot enough for most cooking. Took me an hour almost 2 to sear a steak.

Room comes with ƙitchen wirh no supplies. Asked for plates and cups and they said they ran out. No soaps or lotion dish soap or sponge. had to go buy my own!

I only stayed for one night but the staff was friendly and accommodating. They don’t stock the room with everything (shampoo, dish soap, etc), you have to request it up front. But they were prompt about getting me the things I needed

I did not expect this hotel train to be so rundown. I have stayed at extended stay hotels in the past, so I was surprised at the state of this location.
There seem to be a lot of shady people in the hotel. Some of the staff was very friendly, while others were extremely rude. The “free breakfast” consisted of coffee, low quality muffins, and do it yourself oatmeal.
Worst though, the bathroom was disgusting. The showerhead was coming out of a wall that was completely rotted. Water from the showerhead was dripping down into the drywall and there was black mold on the walls. Just horrible.

No water pressure, for shower and you had to go to the front desk to get a plunger whenever you used the toilet.
No USB ports for charging phone or tablet near the bed or anywhere.

Horrible! Worst night ever! Bed not comfortable. Heater blew too hot or too cold, too noisy! No cups to rinse after brushing my teeth! Card alarms all night!
Heat could not get set to comfort level! Blew too hot or too cold constantly!
Breakfast was a joke! Grab and go was coffee, one brand of tea, two types of muffins, powered oatmeal. Yuck! Never staying there again!

Hotel was clean, and quiet. the only thing they should upgrade is the grab and go breakfast. Add more variety example add milk, juices, fruits, nuts. Etc…

I like the staff, the lady who checked us in was very friendly. I like that the room has a kitchenette with a full size fridge, stove and microve. The room was looking nice and clean with no weird smell, but as soon as we layed down we seen a cockroach going up the wall.

from checking in to check out it was wonderful service. Very informative when I needed questions answered and I enjoy my day. I will go back again the next time I’m in that area.

Carpet felt greasy. Room showed a lot of wear. Minor damage to door. Won’t stay there again. Felt dirty.

Nice lodging tucked in by the Livermore Airport and close to dining (Cattlemens) and casual (Subway) restaruants. Very easy on/off I-580 freeway.
At check-in, they had no record of my reservation despite it being made over a week before and I'd received multiple communications from Expedia about the stay. It all got straightened out, but I still need to check I was not double-billed.
Also, the "breakfast" (on Saturday) consisted of a granola bar and coffee; not what I was expecting (at least a bagel or some toast; would have been really nice to have bacon)
