This hotel was fine. It was near the Bart station so that was great. The pool area was nice. The only thing that gave me pause was the condition of the elevators. They looked like they could use some TLC. It was a good place to stay. The staff was friendly.

Check in. I was third floor and then keys did not work. No free water bottle . I was told one thing at registration and then another qt check out. Made me go back and forth for assistance

Im sad rhis hotel was less superior than the Tracy hoitel. The air conditioner was loyd and kept me up. There was no kitchenette and no continental breKfast. I paid the same amount as I dud in tracy for less accomodations. Next visit i will stay in Tracy!

Our air conditioner wasn’t working - wouldn’t get cold. Glad we were able to open the window to get some fresh air. Also the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain .. even just brushing your teeth would clog the sink. I’ve stayed at many double tree hotels this was by the the worst.

The hotel was excellent. But, check in was complicated and I am still having issues with billing. My credit card and debit card is being double charged. The manager sent over a receipt, but it was not my room receipt.
As of today, this has not been resolved.

The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was in a great location. The rooms are dark and seem to be a little run down. The first room they gave us was being worked on so we got another room and it was ok. It did the job and we had a great time in Pleasanton.

I would highly recommend changing the lightning in the bathrooms and raising the magnifying mirror.

At the front desk, helped by 3 employees, my friend and I requested an accessible room that had roll in shower because my friend has Cerebral Palsy and can't raise her feet over the edge of a tub to shower. We also requested two queen beds. The 3 employees worked together and booked us a room for our up coming visit the next day.
When we checked in we found out the the roll in shower rooms only have a king bed, which we were not informed about by any of the 3 previous employees. A king bed didn't work for us. The only other option was a 2 queen bed room with a tub that did NOT have grip bars to assist her into the tub, so she was not able to shower. This was supposedly an accessible room.
We were not offered a free breakfast for the next morning, nor some money off of the room for our serious inconvenience...nothing but a sorry.
Training of employees, ADA compliant accessible rooms and better customer service is needed at this DoubleTree.

Good hotel. It has a lot of amenities inside the hotel which makes it convenient. Was very clean and well maintained. The staff were courteous. Restaurant food options were excellent. The location is a bit awkward to get to, but not too bad. It's sitting right by the freeways, so you hear a lot of road noise inside the rooms.

Great staff and location. We were there for the Good Guys West Coast Nationals. The Hotel did a great job accommodating everyone. The food in the restaurant is actually good and reasonably priced. Will stay there again next year.

Bed was very uncomfortable and my husband and I had a difficult time sleeping. My side felt dented in and pillows were overly soft. Just had a hard time finding comfort.
