We were in town for a funeral BeReal. Your hotel helped make our time a little easier.

Hotel has definitely upped their game since our last stay. Rooms are well appointed and beds comfortable. We weren’t disturbed by noise and the staff was helpful. We had to get up for a red eye flight and there was a friendly face at the desk to wish us a good trip!

The room was in poor condition. The security lock on the door was broken and everything in the room was worn. The only reason I stayed is the room was clean, and it is by the airport.

The door wouldn't close or open right, very noisy, nothing worked right. Their hot tub was down so thought I would take a hot bath, couldn't do that either, they had it so you could only use it as a shower, and couldn't get the dial to hot water, only cold. Tried to call front desk and it said it wasn't a valid extension. Was very cold in my room. Heater didnt work right either. Very disappointing.

Paid to park and fly and when I got back I called the hotel for a shuttle ride back and they said the shuttle ended at 5pm. I was never aware that they had a stop time or I wouldn’t have paid for the park and fly.
The first time I stayed here we came in late and didn’t have an issue getting back to the hotel for our vehicle.
Will not be staying again. Staff is rude.

Pet friendly, had a great green space to walk dog. Older building but had upgraded our room had been update new carpet new counters etc very clean. Breakfast had great options. Ftom make your own waffle, cereal , different breads to toast, eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit etc

It seemed pretty quiet which was nice after a long day of travel. The only improvement I saw was my room was missing my do not disturb sign and their elevator wasn’t stopping at the proper floors.

I was doing stay and fly. When I showed up at 0650 for my 0700 shuttle- there was NO driver assigned. Someone needed to be called in from home to drive!
Also- desk staff was friendly but dress and demeanor was not professional.
I probably will not choose Country Inn and Suites again.

Dropped a car at airport around 7:00 pm and was looking for a ride to hotel. Desk clerk said shuttle stopped for the night, but she would come and get me if she was free. Phone number she gave me didn't answer. 1 mile cab ride cost me $25

So friendly and welcoming! Beds are comfortable, rooms clean! Only thing I’d ask for is bigger pillows, and a couple more. Breakfast was also great!

I would have left an excellent review across-the-board however I asked for a 4 AM wake up call and never got it. I had gotten in really late at night and wasn’t sure that I would make my flight by the grace of God. I naturally woke up when waiting for the shuttle asked why I didn’t receive my wake up call I was told oh sorry I forgot….. other then that was a great stay!!

In town for family reunion. Conveniently located and easy access to interstate and airport. Only negative is the hall carpeting needs replaced. Reasonably priced as well.

When we first arrived the front staff was not friendly at all. She didn’t seem to want to be at work and didn’t smile. Also the hotel is run down and dirty. We were in 108 and staff was loud in the hallway. Disappointed in our stay. My daughter is moving to Iowa for school and I will be staying in the area a lot.

The room stunk like urine, we went and bought car air freshner spray and sprayed the room down. The shower curtain had mold on it. The person behind the desk acted like you was an inconvincing her witj a question. Pool needs a good cleaning, husband loved the hot tub, but it needed cleaned also. I think the best part of the stay was the breakfast, but that even had knats flying in the bread holder. Next time would be hard pass at staying here.

We were concerned because the pool and hot tub were not available because of maintenance. The manager came through by offering to upgrade USA’s to a whirlpool room at the same price. Big 5 stars for her!!

In bad need of updating. AC controls on unit all cracked or missing. Wall controls changed mode to heat when tried to raise temp control. Fan wouldn’t stay on. Person at desk said they'd come and check it but never did. When I checked in the woman at the desk said they had new housekeeping staff so sometimes rooms were marked as cleaned and available when they weren’t. First room I was sent to key wouldn’t work or door dbl locked so wouldn’t open. Second room I was able to open but it was occupied! 3rd room she went to check herself before sending me there and that one worked! Beds comfortable. Shower stained and deep grime present. Probably clean but just old and overused and needed replacing. Shower curtain stained at bottom.

We arrived late and stayed here because if its closeness to the airport. The girl at the desk was lovely! The room had dead centipedes in it. We asked if we could move and again the girl was lovely. She assigned us another room. We got in the room...again there were dead bugs but worse there were smears of red on the mattress of one bed and also all over the table lamp...looked like blood smears. We decided to sleep in our clothes under one cover and got out early the next morning. Not a good experience.

The staff was pretty friendly and helpful when we got there. However the shuttle only goes to the airport until 5:00 pm and we were sent to the wrong area of the airport to go and get on it so we missed it and they would not come back and get us. We had to pay a stranger to drive us there as there were no Uber’s available. The room smelled like a dog when we walked into it. The shower curtain had mold on it and I had bug bites on my legs when I woke up in the morning. The pool and spa were closed for maintenance so we couldn’t use them but didn’t get a reduced price on the room. I was disappointed with the room and shuttle service for the price.
