Older hotel in need of renovation. Room and hallway smelled of smoke and off notes. Did not seem like a hotel but more of a semi perm residence for some, completely not what I expected. Room was noisy, slightly unclean and furniture was showing considerable age. The hotel was completely understaff and the poor women at the desk was juggling several tasks leaving us waiting for over 20 minutes. She was pleasant and apologized for the wait, it was really not her fault but in my opinion the management. Disappointed and if I could have cancelled prior to my check-in I would have.

I wish I would have made this a refundable trip- this hotel is not in the best area and a lot of those staying in the hotel are definitely more of an extended living there type of stay. It felt unsafe, the beds were horrible, the place smelled like weed.

Nothing stood out to make this accommodation stand out. The service was better than good and their security measures were better than good. The room was standard, the kitchen functional, and the bathroom clean. It fits our purpose and our price range. However, breakfast was oatmeal…only oatmeal. There was also no hairdryer as stated in the description. Although the mini kitchen was adequate, no dishes, pots or pans or cutlery were offered or available which made the kitchen redundant. Overall, it was mediocre and although it had some downsides, now that I know about them I can modify what I pack to rectify them.

Water temperature turned down to save money and TV remote didn’t work at all and smelled like some sort of cooked food and sink in bathroom stopper didn’t work also coffee bar sucked

Got there, and even though the room was paid for, unrefundable on the 9th of July, when we arrived on the 20th, they said no room available!! Blamed it on the computer crasg, however the guy right behind me got in! No hotels in a 40 mile radiys with vacancies less than $400! Pretty much screwed our good time for the concert we were attending

We had reservations and showed up to check in after a very stressful day of traveling. When we arrived, they told us we didn't have a room. Even with our confirmation number!! We could not find another room that late, so we had to sleep at the airport. :(

OLD FURNITURE.NO DESK AND NOT A SINGLE USB CHARGER THE TOILET LOOK DIRTY ALSO THE PILLOWS WERE TO OLD AND KIND OF DIRTY I DEFINITELY NOT RECOMEND OR STAY AGAIN AT THIS PROPERTY.

I like that I had a small kitchen in my room. I didn’t expect it but it came in handy.
What I disliked was how the elevator was hidden and I kept passing it. Either a big door way or a big sign should be visible for emergency use.

On our first night as soon as we came in there was a musty smell. I couldn’t sleep due to the smell then I saw a very dirty mattress cover with a red throw up stains. The toilet doesn’t flush & fill the tank till we have to manually do it.
I was going to leave the next day but we’re too busy/sad to worry about my dad’s funeral than looking for another hotel.
Would never stay there again!

The staff is great and very helpful! Love talking with them! I got to watch them do improvements to my room windows, which shows how much they care about their rooms for their guests. The beds are very comfortable and everything in the room was very clean! Thank you to all the Staff!

This hotel is terrible, beds are horrible, they are saggy in the middle and sunken down, bathroom is very tiny and didnot provide shampoo. And the room has some kind of foul smell and the a/c doesn’t turn on. Such a horrible night for us.

We were very mislead by the information online. No actual breakfast included-more like a grab and go (which was also the very bare minimum), woke up to police officers in the hall and lobby dealing with strung out tenants, pubes all over the shower, one single pillow for two guests in a queen bed, had to wait 10 min anytime you wanted to speak to someone at the front desk, someone with lead feet above us that walked around doing god knows what into the late hours of the night, etc. It was a miserable night and we had originally booked for two but immediately canceled the second night as soon as we could. Do not recommend staying here.

If I could give no stars I would. I have stayed here many times. I will never ever stay her again. The hotel has increasingly become worse and worse. The staff is rude, mean and allowed other guest to make racial remarks about other guests. The staff blames their behavior on the issue of homelessness. Which has nothing to do with how they treat their paying guests. Terrible service. Terrible attitude.

When we showed up the property had the doors locked and you had to wait for somebody to let you in which should have been our first indication that this was not some place to stay. We got our room even though the whole place smelled really bad and looked like it was in not great shape. I just wanted abed for the night so we went to our room. We wallked in and it was gross. there was something all over the carpet that looks like somebody had thrown up and it was just left there to dry and the room smelled and you can see mold in the shower area and so I had my son get his stuff and we left immediately

The was the worst experience ever and I am disappointed it’s a listing on this website. There was garbage on the floors of the hallway, the rooms had not been cleaned and smelled awful. It’s right down the street from a homeless camp. I did not get a refund on my room and was charged again after being told I’d be refunded. Now I am trying to figure that mess out as well. This listing need to be removed from this third party site.
