We stayed in a family suite. The fridge was very noisy and the tv in the seating area did not function properly. When contacting the hotel front desk, we were told that the maintenance guy is not available. So no help whatsoever.
The seating area was not big enough to allow the pullout couch bed to function properly.
Also, we were charged $32 for parking a rental car during our stay. This was not clearly stated on the reservation, so was a very unpleasant surprise.
All and all, the experience was less than poor.
Will not use this place again in the future.

Very wore out building. The elevators were kind of noisy and scary. The lock on the bedroom door stuck a few times and had to struggle to get out. The sofa sleeper was very worn so my daughter had bars in her back all night. Breakfast was ok just not enough to go around for the crowd they had.

Room smelled like dust and everything in the room had a layer of dust. Pulled out the sofa bed and it was disgusting. Experience with the front desk was less then pleasent. They treated my disabled wife with a sevice dog horribly. Not alowing us to have our free breakfast in the "dineing area" because of her 11lb service dog that was in her own cart. No body cared the dog was in the room. The front desk clerk starting pushing my wife towards an outdoor area to eat our food because it was against company policy to have the dog in the dining area. Very rude and disrespectful.
When i checked out not even an apology or a concern as to how our stay was. Never was I asked how my room was.
Im never staying at another Hilton Hotel. Back to the trusty Air B&B.

Love the separate bedroom from the sitting area. Quick walk to Mall of America, clean hotel and room, friendly staff, easy check-in. Don't love the $10 a day parking that I wasn't prepared for when I made the reservation, but easy parking. Continental breakfast was average. Nice dining options next door.

Dog hair all over the beds. The let out couch bed had crumbs from the previous guest and SO MUCH DOG HAIR. I have allergies so this basically ruined my whole trip.

Staff was very friendly but I requested our room to be made up after our second of three nights and it wasn’t done. Breakfast had a decent variety. Great location and hotel was overall very clean. Our family suite was a little small, we had to move the pull out couch in order to open it so it wouldn’t hit the kitchen table

I will never ever come back to this hotel, the hotel was terrible, the room service was horrible in fact there was no room service in the first place, the room smelt disgusting and on top of all that the hotel also looks run down and just uneasy to look at
This hotel was not worth the price I paid,the only thing that was slightly decent was the breakfast and even than it wasn't that great there was no variety it was the same breakfast, they claimed it was continental but at most it just basic

Night person was nice and helpful. Had to get shampoo (out), towels (I guess that’s ECO FRIENDLY now everywhere, and couldn’t find a way to call front desk from the room phone (no number for it on phone). Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen. Dozens waiting for food, everything empty, food slopped everywhere and nobody in sight even trying. Avoided it completely both days as we didn’t want to be sick for the remainder of our vacation. The kicker was waiting for the morning person to get off the phone as we had a question we really hoped to get answered. She hung up and immediately answered another call ignoring me (5’ away). Walked away then and she finally said, “Did you need something?” Nah, just enjoying the secondhand conversation…. Tried this place after staying for decades elsewhere when we come up for games. Never again.

Proximity to the MOA was quite an advantage as well as shuttle. Breakfast could be better. My children lost interest after 2 days, for lack of varieties

The staff was fantastic- friendly, courteous, caring, etc. Probably one of, if not the best staffs I've interacted with. There was an incident my girlfriend mentioned to the front desk and they took care of the incident immediately (Aug 5).
However it was a little disappointing we didn't get at least one day of cleaning (5 days, 4 nights). We also didn't have hand soap when we checked into our room until 24hrs later, and my bed had some questionable stains on the sheets. Besides that, nice room, good pool, quiet all around.

I came for a conference and stayed at this location because of its kitchenette and its short distance from the Mall of America. We noticed roaches in the kitchen, dishwasher, closet, and floor the first night. We had to check out early, spend lost time looking for another room, and throw out all the food we purchased because we couldn't find a hotel with a kitchenette on such short notice. Avoid room 605 at all COSTS!!

The bed was great. The issue was the sofa bed. The mattress (if that's what you want to call it) was so thin, it was like not having one at all. Terrible, old, very uncomfortable. They need to invest in adding anything but the cardboard thick one they have there.

We had a good time staying with a well floor plan suite at Homewoods. We will always think about going back and we would definitely recommend.

The front desk demands that you give them your drivers license number. I asked why they would need that and they claimed that the city demands they collect that information.

Very convenient place to stay close to the airport and Mall so a perfect place for my stay
Booked transport to airport which was late but apart from that a very good hotel to stay at if you visiting the Mall or flying in from the airport

We enjoyed the convenience of breakfast and the airport shuttle. The location near the Mall of America and two restaurants (IHOP and TGI Fridays) was also a factor for choosing the location.
