I requested king room, got 2 full size. Carpet in room was worn and frayed. Clerk told me breakfast started 6:30 a.m. Came downstairs, apparently breakfast started at 6am with a full dining area.. Our room was in front of both elevators. Loud, plus people were loud. Tv reception kept going in and out.

Very nice place to stay in a quiet, chill location. Still close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was above average.

Got up this morning and had no hot water all. When I told front desk all they said was I’m sorry. Didn’t offer to reduce bill or anything. Very disappointed.

The hotel was ok. After getting to my room, noticed the thermostat for the A/C wasnt working. I made mention of the issue to the front desk, which they informed me they would send maintenance. Maintenance never came. Had to set the actual unit to 64 to get it to kick on sporadically which was loud and annoying.

Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was impressive with a variety of hot and cold food available and a coffee/hot tea bar. It was well stocked until time to close it. Our first room had a broken toilet and clerk made the switch easy. She even tried to figure out how to make the tv work without the remote.

I was told that it was a non smoking facility and signs were everywhere stating this also. Despite that the whole 4th floor and my room smelled like a smoking factory. The room across the hall, the door looked like a chupacabra kicked the door in also.

Had some issues with expedia and there nooki g process. Tyler at the fron tdesk of this hotel went way above and beyind to help get me i to the room and the third party mistake handled. I will rebooked the rol. For the whole week the next morning and will staynhere any singlr time i am in the area. As well as all my fellow employes that travel. Thanks to sleep inn for Being amazing

Our first night, the AC was not working properly and the staff promptly moved us to another room the next day. Then the staff saw in the camera that our two keys quit working and had two new keys ready as soon as I walked up to the desk! We didn’t require room cleaning. but the ladies offered to bring us extra towels and trash bags and even offered to get us ice from another floor when they saw us carrying cooler to the machine that wasn’t working in our floor. Now that is attentive staff, nothing went unnoticed and quickly resolved any issues.

Checked in after a long day and got settled in before I noticed what appeared to be black mold by the doorway wall. Not wanting to be charged for marking up the wall I reported it to the front desk. She asked that I move rooms, which I did reluctantly; hey I was tired and traveling with two children. I see how any weary ravlers could initially miss the mold/markings on the wall but housekeeping and regular staff should have been aware of the condition. It was a pain to have to go through re-packing and moving. The front desk staff was great and I don't feel they hold any responsibility in this particular circumstance. House keeping/Maintenance on the other hand should have been aware of this issue in my opinion.

Had a bad experience with what appeared to be black mold a week prior at the same motel location in the Brentwood TN area. This time I discovered my room was infersted with ants. Set a plate of food down to take a phone call and when I returned about 5 minutes later, discovered my food was covered in ants. Notified the front desk to see if they had any insect spray which they didn't. The attendant asked if I wanted to move rooms and I declined since I'd had to move rooms the week prior due to what appeared to be black mold. Moving is a pain especially when you're tired and have 2 tired children traveling along. The attendant did come and wipe down the the tables and counter with a disinfectant and vacuumed the room and edged the base boards. I should have moved so I'll take that responsibility, but after 2 less than favorable experiences at the same location a week apart I probably wont book there again, even though the front desk staff was great.

I saw reviews about hot water, but that was not an issue. When we got into our room it was very stuffy and damp. The carpets felt wet because it was muggy. Everything looked like it had been picked up, but not cleaned. Many things needed a good spray and scrub. The shower door was broken which made it impossible to hang towels for when you got out of the shower. The staff was nice and quick, but if we weren’t arriving super late, I would’ve asked for a refund to stay someplace else.

The best thing about this hotel is it's in an excellent location! And room was quiet. However, hotel does need to address hot water issue. Even with new hot water heaters, I had to run water for over 15 minutes to get hot water.

Rooms are clean, comfortable, and quite. Maintenance could be a bit better -- hot water takes forever unless you shower (there was a new hot water heater sitting out front -- so this issue may be in the process of being resolved).
Manager is great to work with, however, some other front desk staff could care a less and border on rude.

There was no hot water in the shower or sink. There was a new(?) hot water tank sitting outside the building. If they knew there were issues they should have let us know. Several people at breakfast were talking about the lack of hot water

Not clean. Breakfast was kid-friendly. Had fitness room but had to be unlocked for us. When got to room TV wouldn't work. I got it to work eventually.

While the hotel is nice and clean. The area around the hotel is quiet. It’s the staff that makes the stay a good one. The staff of the hotel are friendly and attentive. The breakfast served every morning has a nice selection of foods to choose from and served hot and fresh.
Any issue or question I had was answered or taken care of immediately and efficiently. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying here again.
The staff is great. I can’t say enough about how hard they work to make your stay a good and enjoyable experience. Thank you.

We stayed overnight while traveling back home. It was no frills and serviceable for our needs. It looked a bit worn and well traveled. Nothing horrible, nothing remarkable. The laundry was the same.

Everything was okay except for the fact that my son and his family got there at 10 pm and were woken up by people yelling and trying to get in their room. They were in the room next door and had an adjoining door, so they tried getting in that way and so my son had a hard time sleeping that night. I think it is the front desk job to tell people to respect other people who may be sleeping.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Location was good no traffic noise. The breakfast area was small. We had trouble finding a seat, it looked like a bus trip was there at the same time.

It was a convenient location for our business meeting. The beds were clean and comfortable. The shower was hot, and the toilet worked properly. Some of the towels were noticeably stained. The breakfast was great. The hotel attendants were polite and friendly.

Was average for an overnight stay. Lights and outlet on one side of the bed not working. Toilet not working properly. Maintenance not available to fix either. Room was small but clean.
