Employee parks in the handicap stall without a handicap license plate or placard. Employee entered my room unannounced, then pretended he was checking if I was ok. Bathtub was missing a chunk out of it.

I knew when booking rooms here it had a 3 star rating. I also knew it was a cheap price. I got what I paid for. It was a place to lay my head after the day was over. Not a place to hang out at. Key Cards didn't work daily, expect to eat breakfast elsewhere and hearing people talking loud after midnight was common. I did feel safe parking my rental. Everything in the room worked as expected. So, it's a 2 - 3 star for the most part.

The place looks nice, but the elevator reeks of urine, outside the elevator very dirty and many flies, the hair dryer is broken the carpet meeds shampoo.

The photos shown on website are nothing like what the hotel actually looks like. The room had weird chemical, old, pungent smell. The blanket had cigarette burn marks and the curtains looks like they’ve been there since the hotel was built. Some hooks were missing and was very dirty. I don’t recommend staying here!

The heater worked well. The entire property is in major disrepair. Inside the room (s); furniture stained and chipped. The stairwells, walk ways and elevator. Ice machine broken and filthy. Vending machine totally empty and dirty. The staff on duty during my stay were very dismissive and refused to display common customer service practices. I was charged more than my Expedia 'points' earned me. Maid service had to be requested.

No breakfast. The first room they gave me had a door that doesn't lock. How is that evrn legal?

I stayed before in this hotel from 5 years. It was better than today. Rooms are the same good, also room service in very good. But actually, there is no breakfast, just one kind of baked. Only one. Drinks are coffee, tea, bottle of juice and water. Just only Wi-Fi is up and down frequently. Hospitality is good.

I booked a non smoking room and they gave me a smoking room. The lady said the other room is without air-con. Very bad experience. Not recommended.

I booked a room for three people but we ended up with only two and they would not refund the difference. The shower did not work. It was scalding hot When you tried to turn it down the lever dropped down so water would only come out of the spout for the tub. I told the office about it but they didn’t do anything.

It got very noisy here during the night. Sounds seemed to echo everywhere. Staff was responsive to requests, but the room was just not peaceful enough.

The property is run down. On the door it says non smoking yet i had cigarette burnings in my sheets. The paint in the room was striping the carpet was unraveling. The dressers paint was chipped. The room was not cleaned well. The toilet did not flush properly an got clogged quickly too. I liked the fact that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. A danish and coffee tea and water was provided every morning.

Amazingly the bed is pretty nice. The location is just ok. I wish they can do more tasty breakfast there with adding some milk, juice and more breakfast item.

It was convenient to the places we had to visit. The price is affordable when you have a tight budget. The kingsize bed was firm & comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The sink faucet was leaking, lots of wasted water. IThe whole place can use renovation. The whole place/ building can be tidier. The decor is unpleasant like the main office can use new curtains, curtains were ripped. There is really no breakfast, its just coffee and cheap danish. It appears family owned and the staff were helpful. For one night stay, it is ok.

First off I thought when I walked into the office that this was a very rundown hotel. Across the street someone was blaring music that was so loud I could hear it in my room that was at the back of the complex. Second there was not any hot water in my shower and there was hair in the shower. The bathroom was very old and even hard to turn the water on. There were cigarette butts all over the walkways. Some of the other patrons were so loud and talking on the outside it was hard to sleep. And they were vulgar like if they were prostitutes. One morning the elevator wasn’t even working I had to climb four flights to get to my room. I spoke to the hotel workers about the water and they said just turn the handle a little….I did that and still took a cold shower. I am so surprised that $90 dollars a night and hosted by a large company they would allow such a place to exist. So not happy!!

Property is old and filthy. Definitely not worth what they charge per night. If it was a restaurant it would get a letter F and be shut down for the disgusting conditions. Avoid at all costs unless you like living in squalor.
