Always friendly and efficient. Beds show wear, but overall still a great hotel

Safe, quiet, clean, and affordable. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile and at minimum, a “hello”. Breakfast had a good variety, pool area was clean and well-maintained.

We've stayed here twice now. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and free! Parking is convenient. It's close to a LOT of shopping! We wont stay anywhere else when we are in Sioux Falls.

Not a bad place to stay. A little outdated. Elevator seemed to be on its last life. Carpet had a weird sticky feel to it

We enjoy staying at Holiday Inn express. They are comfortable and clean.

Property was very convenient for us.
What I didn't like was the toilet and sink was tooooo low. My husband could barley get off the toilet.
There needs to be foot stickers on bottom of tub to prevent falls in the shower. My husband and I almost fell from the tub being so slick.
Need mild roasted coffee. The dark roast was way to strong even after diluting it was hot water.

I booked here after I saw the condition of a different hotel I have paid for. I should have known holiday inns are always the best hotels to stay at when travelling. They never disappoint! Breakfast and coffee were excellent, rooms was so clean and bed was comfy and I slept well. Thank you for never disappointing me, I learned my lesson!

We really enjoyed our stay! There were some blood stains on the sheets and pillow cases - seems like the housekeeper had a bleeding finger and got some very small blood spots on a few things in the room. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Staff was nice, breakfast was good, but our carpet was filthy! Might be a pet friendly hotel??? I didn’t bring a pet and would not expect to see poop marks on the carpet. There were 2 right where we would need to stand in front of the sink and looked like they hadn’t been scrubbed (so not just a stain) Shower curtain wasn’t long enough to stay in tub easily and toilet wasn’t level with the floor so when you sat it rocked forward and when stood up rocked back.

The bathrooms had no ventilation system whatsoever and mold, was growing on the wall. The beds were not comfortable. The mattress on the pullout couch was nothing more than a smashed piece of cloth, which no one would want to sleep on very disappointed in this stay, and the price did not support the amenities.

My stay was great but some reason hotels.com has went downhill when it comes to overcharging, pending charges and inaccurate billing even before our arrival multiple times!
