Terrible experience with the manager zenny. I have never been charged because a towel was dirty. I guess they are looking to keep your deposit no matter what. Do yourself a favor and stay somehwere else. This place is no better than a motel 6. Also stay here if you enjoy listening to cars, sirens and trailers all night. Between this place or sleeping in my car for a night i choose the car

That was nightmare !
Last time they cleaned our room and took my towel away;
This time they cleaned our room but this time no phone call us to tell us will clean our room, also took my moving box away, it had my things in, also I put it close to TV table , doesn’t look like trash, I called front desk, she argued with me and say called us room phone previous day, but no, also me and my husband did not have any missed call from them on our cellphones!!

Check in we arrived 20 minutes before time and paid 20$ per room for early check in.
Elevators broken. Rooms not kept up. Showers dirty and no place for breakfast.

Ive always stayed here and noticed they clean up and freshened up the place. There are still homeless people that hang out and pass through but like before. Rooms are still big, spacious, and has microwave and fridge.

Our room was very clean and had plenty of space and the lobby was easily accessible from our room.
One of the perks was how close shopping is to this hotel; Denny's is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and Target was in the same parking lot which made it easy to grab emergency supplies when needed.
We will definitely be staying again in the very near future!

Too much to write it all in sentences. Dirty bathtub with a nasty rim all around it, same with toilet. Dirty bathroom walls, smoke smells at all times. Dirty hallways full of people just hanging out being loud and smoking.

I enjoyed my room, it was clean and the bed was confortable. I guess it was a nice hotel for a good price! I'll choose it on my next trip!

Worked for me. Was looking for hotel-walking to Knotts. 1st time trying google walk map. Interesting winding route got me there. Didn't have time to try pool unfortunately. Did the breakfast, brought my own hot choc. I had to clean table before use. Was a bit surprised when I got to my room and it was directly across from freeway. Somehow most noise went away closing door. Walking to Target too.

Great location and a nice clean place to stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long days drive. The continental breakfast was nice as well. This was a nice stay.

Was a very large size room and clean. Loved the fact it has a L-shaped desk and a rolling chair.

Very quiet. Everything was great! Service promptness was amazing and very friendly. One problem we faced; a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Got bitten a lot of times.

I never received my incidental deposit for some reason. The area is really sketchy, as well as the parking lot. Lots of litter. Mold in rooms. Breakfast was just muffins. Room was big, so that was nice.

Had a problem with people in the next room f ing & blinding nearly all night had to call security at 4am very pleased they acted immediately thank you. I did ask that they made up the room while we were out but this was not done. Also breakfast was from 7.30 till 9 but by 8am they had run out & never bothered topping anything up so nothing left very disappointed.

Called several times to get info on policies and was told different things every single time.. staff does not seem to have clear communication with each other. Had to switch rooms after the first day because there were dozens of ants crawling all over the bathroom and desk. New room still had ants but not as many. Screws holding up the sink counter in the new room looked like they were falling out. Bathroom tiles painted over??? Holes in the floors by door frames. Bathroom door in new room could not close as it was a full two inches away from the hinge. Bed frame in new room sounded like it was broken. Incredibly loud, could hear the freeway and people outside at night. Cheap hotel if you have no other choice but it’s not great.

Iut was very noisy no noise reduction Our Room door has a gap underneath, it closed but didnt seem it was all the way. The Bathroom definetly needed some more cleaning
No Microwave but a small fridge . U can use the Microwave in the Lobby. It could use some updates. One Elevator. And a couple bugs one on the bed

The door in our room would not shut completely, about an 7/8 gap. The furniture was old and worn.

Fast check-in and kind staff. Room was nice and clean and the bed comfortable. Hotel is within a very short walking distance of shopping and dining.

Parked the car and there was a foul stench outside the parking lot. Once I entered the room there was a strong odor not sure what it was. The air conditioning worked but is very weak and didn’t keep the room cool. The bathroom reminded me of the “landlord special” everything was painted over. The bathtub was painted over and it was very slippery if you were to take a step inside. There were flies and mosquitoes getting into the room somehow and there was a lot. Staying here I felt like I was staying at a motel. I would not recommend.

The A/Cunit was really loud, toilet ran all night, the little sink on our room sounded like water was constantly draining from it even though the sink was empty, the beds are Really HARD and uncomfortable. Found a mosquito in the room.

Area was not so bad.had lots of food and store's close. Hotel was a little run down. Rooms were not the best but also not the worst. There's also a few homeless people living around the property. Would probably not stay here again.

Rooms were average but the outside was in need of some upkeep. Also the breakfast was extremely minimal at cereal and toast and only had 3 small tables to eat at. The pool had 2 gates but only one was open. Had to go through the lobby or through the parking lot in order to enter it.
