Check in and check out was easy and staff was friendly. Breakfast had superb choices. Recommend- smart tv’s in the rooms. Nobody watches cable or dish network anymore

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, kind, and professional. The room was cozy, but I had trouble sleeping due to the loud creaking noise from the ceiling (the sound of footsteps) frequently woke me up during the night.

The TV was way to small for the room and too old to connect laptop or phone too.
The mattress was way too soft and the room backed up to a noisy interstate.

Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly but not able to check in early. Not a fan of sliding bathroom door after a few days of trying to pull it shut. Continental breakfast could be better quality.

When I checked in, I was not provided with the room I paid for. The bed was a full with a shower - not a queen with a tub (I was there with my infant who I had to bath during my three night stay). After looking further, the bed had blood, black and brown stains, hair and bugs. When I called the front desk for new bedding, the receptionist said I was rude and hung up on me. She proceeded to bring a blanket and two pillows to my room and said I can’t demand new bedding while she’s with other costumers and walked away. She then calls the room an hour later and said I had to leave right away if I wanted a refund. I never said I wanted a refund, I just wanted clean bedding.

Very clean room, breakfast area, and pool area. Water in pool was about 92-94 degrees…almost too warm but you could walk right in. Breakfast assistant was extremely efficient! Evening staff at desk were not overly friendly but got the job done. Morning staff was wonderful and suggested a number of surrounding businesses. Overall one of the nicest experiences of our travels this week!

Easy and convenient check in/out process. Staff were friendly and professional. Located just off the highway. The area was well lit and the property secure. The room was clean and everything was in working order. I slept well because the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet. The property is well kept. I stayed here as a solo traveler and would definitely do it again.

Hotel just seemed really old.Sheets had holes in them. Room above me was so loud. You could hear everything. Would not stay again. Take your key with you for breakfast. You will need it to get in. I'm guessing because people just walk in and eat.

I’ve been traveling a lot lately, and this is the first hotel/Airbnb I’ve been to recently that’s actually been clean. The bed was comfy. Breakfast isn’t amazing, but it’s convenient (and at least there’s waffles). Staff was really nice and helpful. There’s plenty of food/stores around. I would’ve liked a bath tub, but the shower had great water pressure. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Such a nice change from other hotels/rooms.

We couldn’t even enter the place; there was police all around. We spoke with them to see if we could access the property, and they advised us to find another place to stay, mentioning that the entire area was not safe.

The pillows were terrible. Not even a normal full size pillow and they were so thin. The mattress was terrible . Kept rolling to the middle of the bed all night. Charged us $4 for a bottle of water.

Room was very clean with good facilities. Nice bed. Looked like it had been recently renovated. If you are noise sensitive please ask for a room on side away from freeway. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Good facilities including a pool.and gym

Place was not presentable. Under construction. Room I was in looked and felt dirty. Couldn’t wait to check out. Was constantly looking out the window to make sure my vehicle was safe due to loud noises in the parking lot and people hanging around. Front desk associate on their phone when I checked in which I had to wait for them to get off their phone. Felt like I had inconvenienced them.
