Teresa at the front desk is awesome. Great customer service, helpful and greeted me with a smile. Jan who did the breakfast - also awesome. We have been stopping here twice a year for the last few years. The service has always been fantastic, our room is nice and the breakfast is great. Highly recommend for a stop over or a longer term stay.

Average room and experience. Breakfast was excellent with great selection of items, like eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereal, etc.

Was bummed the hot tub was out of service and no one said anything about it. Decent breakfast. The front desk gal was the highlight of the stay. She cared and was accommodating like all hotel staff should be.

Hotel is average, with outside entrances. Hot tub was not working and is separate from the pool. TV did not have a signal and when I inquired, I was told several rooms are like that. Breakfast was fine, no waffles as in most other hotels, but bacon & eggs and the other normal offerings.

Great clean room, good breakfast and really nice pool

Early Breakfast we liked. Had early tournament games. Don't really care for the pod coffee pots as we cannot find pods in the coffee we like. The drain in the bathtub was broken and actually came out the first night. The lady at the front desk was awesome as was the groundskeeper and maids.

We’ve stayed here multiple times without issues so it’s become our hotel of choice when we’re in the area. This time, however, we had a pet room because we had our kitties with us. Immediately, the smell of wet dog hit us. Our cats were not pleased. There was a used AC filter sitting in the room. When I took off my shoes later, my socks became wet after walking around. So gross. I kept my shoes on. We’d become nose blind after sitting in the room a bit and then the smell would hit us after we came back from lunch or dinner. My kids visited us and soon found excuses on why they had to leave, lol. The pool and sauna were closed for maintenance this time and the little market place was kind of picked clean. Lots of disappointment, but this really is a good area for the view, walking to restaurants and ease to locate. Parking was easy. I’m not sure if we’ll stay again after this, it was really that gross, but I’d usually say this place is pretty good. Not 5 star, but clean and comfy.

Reliable Best Western

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable but the toilet was tiny. Felt like I was using a child’s toilet. Me and my 83 year old mom were on the ground floor and the floor above us was noisy at times. Breakfast was great and had a lot of choices.

Close to highway.

The carpet was horribly dirty. Upon walking from the bed to the bathroom our feet turned black.

homeless people walk through the parking lot at night. Theres only a hot tub but kids were in it. the room was clean and breakfast was fine.

Most things were as i expected, room, quiet, clean, modest breakfast. However, I don't remember ever using two-ply toilet paper that was as thin as what your room offered. I've used thicker single-ply.

Black Bear diner was right next door for easy an easy dinner. The beds were too hard at the motel

The whole stay was just what we needed after a long day of driving.

We were tired after 11 hours on the road. It was ok for a stop-over but we all needed showers and there was no hot water. Very disappointing.

The room was super clean. The AC was running great. It was a pleasure.

Staff for breakfast was excellent. front desk when I checked in was a little on the rude side. Had to have my keys reprogrammed because I couldn’t get in and they were a little mad about that and they gave me the room number but didn’t tell me where to go and didn’t seem happy when I asked.

The door to the room didn’t close properly. The mattress needs to be replaced. The room had an unpleasant odor to it. The hotel is pet friendly but charged an additional $25 which wasn’t noted when reservations were made.

The room smelled of body odor and the AC was broken. We had to switch rooms and go from a king to 2 queens. Bed was uncomfortable and towels from the shower were dirty. The towels had red, black and orange spots on them

It was situated at a good location. Had restaurant right next to the property. Parking was easy and relatively quiet hotel. Had a lovely breakfast.

No glasses were available but quickly brought when we called the office. Toilet was running slowly and didn't flush properly.

Everything is as expected. The room is clean and the shower may have the best pressure I have ever felt in any shower anywhere. That alone makes this a top pick to stay in some other time as far as I'm concerned. Sadly, the room we got is by the pool and people have no idea how to be even remotely considerate when it comes to pools so we're having to listen to a bunch of kids going absolutely berserk while the parents ignore them or are hiding away in their air conditioned room.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean. TV worked. It was quiet; not any traffic noise, and neighbors were quiet. Nice pool area. The bed pillows didn’t work well for me. The toilet did not flush correctly. I was in Rm 257.

This property used to be great to stay at, but the bed was horrible, the door handle only worked if you pulled it up, the walls are paper thin, lots of noise from the environment.

The room was spacious and nice to have a fridge and microwave,, But it was not pleasant to see ants crawling in the bathroom and the toilet wasn’t working properly either. I think they need to inspect and clean the room better.

Nice motel

This hotel was ok. Air conditioner barely kept room cool , tub didn’t drain faster than water came down from shower so ended up standing in water , breakfast was good and lady replacing food as it was used up was great , restaurant next door was also good.

Right off the freeway. Food and shopping nearby. Checked in late 7 people in line and phones ringing. Only one person at desk.
