The hotel was in a great location on the strip! However, we had to call to get the heat working on a cold night, then later the TV quit working. Not sure if it was the cable or what. We didn't bother calling anyone since it was later in the evening. The pool area was closed for the season, but it just wasn't a very clean looking place. We also had trouble finding a parking place.

The night shift lady doing g the check in was very unfriendly, slightly rude. It was like we were interrupting her when we came to check in

Property was on the Gatlinburg strip, Lobby had cappuccino & hot chocolate machines, rooms were updated, beds were comfortable, would stay here again for sure!

The biggest issue was the only chair in the room was horribly uncomfortable. A regular, wheeled desk chair would be far better. We were there for 5 nights & it was difficult to work from the desk.

It’s always amazing at Reagan. We got married while there so the experience was amazing in Gatlinburg and in the hotel

Nice, convenient location. Parking garage is a bit small.

Quite. Located on the strip so we parked at the hotel and walked to all the attractions or took the free trolley

The room we had was said to have been renovated but still had a musty cigarette smell to it. On a good note the bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to Downtown Gatlinburg, right on the strip.

This property is dated and they are renovating however, the room was massive and had a balcony. Balcony was pointless as it looked straight at another building but still nice. The only complaint is they need more parking. Definitely stay here again.

Outside was dated and some sections were being renovated but check in was fast and the room was great . Looks like it was just remodeled. We will stay here again

It was a last minute trip, and everything was great. Check in was fast and easy, and she was super nice. Housekeeping service was great. Convenient to town,and the price was great. My only thing was I wished the water was a bit hotter for a shower, but it wasnt a deal breaker.We are already planning a trip back to stay for the holidays, and will stay again!

Stay was good and comfortable. Over mountain, Anakeesta, space needle and Ripley's aquarium were just a few steps away!

Bathtub had hair in it. Gross!

Girls trip to Dollywood. Nothing fancy, but the location was perfect and the price was perfect.

I love the jetted tub!!! I love the location. easy to get in and out and walk the strip. the only thing I saw that could use work is the a/c unit need to be installed better or something around it to make it look better.

Truly enjoyed this hotel. This hotel is conveniently located by activities, shopping, and restaurants. Upon walk in elevators were immediately to the left. This hotel really surprised me. Its clean, very big, and a great country home feeling. They really try to make consumers happy with their stay. Absolutely loved the waterfall pool area with nightly movie night and fresh popcorn. They also have a jacuzzi and firepit. The breakfast is absolutely amazing and is located to right upon walk in. They have a complete dining area and boast a large variety of food options. I had a great view of the sunrise and the rooms were clean and spacious. The front staff us friendly and nice. I think thats what we all look for regardless if your traveling alone or with family. Clean hotel and friendly staff. This place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel!

Absolutely LOVED my stay! The room was beautiful and a great value. The location is right on the strip. So you’re in walking distance to a lot of things. Will definitely book again in the future.

Room was spacious and perfect for my family. The kitchen we had was perfect. The only complaint I could have is the towels. They are older and smaller than I prefer. Overall it was a good stay and we would stay again.

First time staying here. We come to Gatlinburg often. Not the most amazing views but our room we could see the skylift and space needle. But we didn’t stay for the views. I was really pleasantly surprised at the use of space at this hotel. Their built ins provide so much space for storage (best I’ve seen in Gatlinburg) and a rollaway table that is stored under bath. Big tv

Great location on the strip of Gatlinburg. Clean rooms and great water pressure for your showers.

The location was great for price.The parking was horrible, the cars were so close I was afraid I was going to get scratches from the car next to me.

I love the location of this hotel. It is in the middle of the strip and close ro our favorite restaurant, Cherokee Grill. They have recently remodeled, however they aren't maintaining the property well. The pool was green this stay. I would not have used it and would have been disappointed if I had wanted to swim. Which we usually don't. They don't offer breakfast. The beds are really comfortable. The room was mostly clean. We will continue to book here. This has been my hotel of choice for the past few years. For the price it is a good value.

Convenient to shopping, dining and attractions. Only negative is the flooring in the room was not cleaned, bottom of feet got dirty while walking around barefoot.

It’s was literally right in the middle of the strip. For the price you couldn’t ask for a better room.
