Breakfast needs improvement

All was good but it seems Days Inn are now going cheap like Motel 6. Bedding is at a minimal, took the “covering” off the second bed just to have a somewhat cozier sleep.

no ice bucket in room,no glasses in room,very outdated property. We were disappointed since it was a Wyndom

The room was good, alth at the very end of the building. A Long Walk from reception area. Moreover, there was a stuffy smell in the room, overall it was good, clean. Staff was very kind, breakfast was really good. Thank you

Staff at the front desk were void of any life - upon check in and check out the only times words were spoken by them were when a question was asked. When we checked in I asked where the room was located so we could park our car near the room - she pointed to the floor plan behind her and said “here”. The only word she said during the entire transaction. When checking out there were no words spoken by her (a different person) It was very awkward. The hotel is very dated, kinda dingy. Beds were clean and free of bugs from what I could see. Breakfast was pretty basic and the eating area looked like a storage closet transformed to a breakfast area. No coffee in the room

Staff was not friendly. She loudly announced room number - my daughter felt unsafe and called me upset. This hotel is off my list.

While this property is conveniently located near the highway, once we checked in we were given a room on the second floor in the middle of the hotel. Upon entering the side door I instantly detected a strong odour of marihuana. I went up to my assigned room and used the key to open the door and be hit by a wall of marihuana smoke and a partially nude woman in one of the beds. As I backed out of the room, a guy came up to me to tell me it was his room, that his friend is the owner of the hotel and that he gave him the room without putting it in the system. I went to the front desk an offered me a room across the hall to which I declined. I then received a room on the first floor. The picture frames were missing from wall, paper pealing, stained ceiling. The included breakfast was a dirty unattended kitchen with most devices broken, coffee and juice dispensers were out of order. Felt too uncomfortable even making a toast or cereal which were the only options. This seems to be a local drug hangout.

Conveniently located by highway. Need a car. Not much in walking distance.

It was just for a night and this was okay but not very exciting

The girl at the front desk was so lovely. Our room wasn’t ready yet and we were exhausted, so she put us in another room so we could have a sleep

Very old and dated. No elevator. The bathroom light in our room didn’t work. The bathtub was very dirty. Was told when booking that they had cribs available and they did not when I asked for one. The stairwell was easily 40 degrees.

Decent size rooms but very very outdated. Also needs new beds and pillows. Needs toiletries. Staff was great!

Everything was great, the only thing that could be improved is the shower head height.

OK for a short road stop stay. Our room was run down but cleaner than what some other reviewers described. Perhaps the worst free breakfast we ever experienced and we have stayed at hundreds of hotels.

All good but staff service could have been better.

The exterior of the building & landscaping is not maintained at all. The interior general spaces are old, worn out and the carpets are dirty. Our room however had updated floors, newer furniture, comfortable clean beds. Every thing was in working order. The walls were not clean. Breakfast was fine.

Quick check in. Staff super friendly. Hotel is a bit old but it’s clean. Definitely good for a night or 2.

The washroom and bath is to small!!!

the rooms were tired and no soap other then 1 very thin bar of soap They should be paying us to stay there but still would not recommend this hotel . We have stayed at many Days Inn but never one in this condition. Paul Blake

I would steer clear 1. dirty pool 2. The sauna doesn't work, it is in the dirty laundry room 3. in the middle of nowhere, need to drive 30 minutesw 4. Definitely not 4 star 4. Yes a lake to see but the hotel has sero access to it Not a 4 star no idea why they have so many good reviews

Right off the highway beside a gas station and a tim hortons very convenient clean rooms friendly staff

-asked to have the room done while we were out, but nothing. we had to go find toilet paper, clean towels, kleenex tissue. we had to hang up the wet towels throughout the room to get them to dry due to humidity -the shower curtain bottom was moldy -the bathroom smelled moldy -not sure the breakfast kitchen sink dish washer uses bleach in the dish water to sanitize the dishes. -the dishes don't drip dry.

No room service even when requested. Ceiling in bathroom was peeling off. Sofa looked dirty and I didn't wantto take a chance to sit on it. The only good thing was the flooring was redone and was clean.

Room was clean but bed so uncomfortable. Shower was not working properly. Hotel was terribly loud.

No surprise, basic room ,quiet.
