The location the hotel style and the staff ( very professional)

The hotel needs a little maintenance ( little things) . The air conditioning system is a little outdated

Best location for walking downtown. Easy parking at their lot around the corner. Super helpful and friendly staff.

Everything about it

The location was great for easy walking around town. Modern decor and very clean room. The bathroom was exceptionally large and there was a very nice sitting area. The restaurant downstairs offered a nice variety for breakfast.

Having an outside room, we heard street noise and music from the restaurants nearby. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for an interior room. The bed was a little bit hard, but still very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a luggage rack instead of putting suitcases on the floor.

Rooms were beautiful, excellent location. We had breakfast at the restaurant ,,, also excellent! Staff friendly and helpful.

No on-site parking, a bit hard in deep cold. Sound proofing is a bit weak as I can clearly hear every time someone access nearby unit. Finally someone took the charger for the alarm in the room

Comfortable bed, central location, clean

They charged us 10$ delivery fee for beers that we bought directly from the front desk. They didn’t warn us about this fee, when we noticed it on our bill at checkout they said they would remove it given it wasn’t delivered but then charged us anyway. Cost us 30$ for 2 cans of beer that we walked down ourselves to buy at the front desk… a bit ridiculous and not great customer service!

We could walk to several restaurants. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Just as we were checking in, a family with a crying baby arrived. Saying that our room was next to that of the family, the desk clerk offered to move us to a different part of the hotel and we gratefully accepted.
