L’emplacement était parfait
Manque d’aération dans la chambre (nous avons du demander la télécommande pour la climatisation)
Mal insonorisé avec l’extérieur (nous avons été réveillés en pleine nuit à cause de cris à l’extérieur)
Il n’y a aucun endroit dans l’hôtel pour relaxer autre que la chambre- pas de loby, pas de salon

Magnifique chambre confortable, décorée avec goût. Le personnel présent à mon arrivée était sympathique est professionel. Situé au milieu des boutiques et restos de Trois-Rivières. Je reviendrai !

Belle architecture (édifice historique), bien situé, bien entretenu/propre, personnel gentil et accommodant (nous ont attribué une chambre plus grande avec lit king, étant donné qu'il y en avait de disponibles, sans frais supplémentaire)
On y retournerait!

Bel accueil, Vraiment une belle chambre bien équipée. Le lit était très confortable. Nous avons déjeuné sur place et c’était excellent. Situé près de tout.

Breakfast was delicious! Our room was lovely, calm and quiet, with a spacious and inviting bathroom.
All staff were so courteous. The location was so convenient.

The hotel needs a little maintenance ( little things) . The air conditioning system is a little outdated

The location was great for easy walking around town. Modern decor and very clean room. The bathroom was exceptionally large and there was a very nice sitting area. The restaurant downstairs offered a nice variety for breakfast.
Having an outside room, we heard street noise and music from the restaurants nearby. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for an interior room. The bed was a little bit hard, but still very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a luggage rack instead of putting suitcases on the floor.

No on-site parking, a bit hard in deep cold. Sound proofing is a bit weak as I can clearly hear every time someone access nearby unit. Finally someone took the charger for the alarm in the room

Comfortable bed, central location, clean
They charged us 10$ delivery fee for beers that we bought directly from the front desk. They didn’t warn us about this fee, when we noticed it on our bill at checkout they said they would remove it given it wasn’t delivered but then charged us anyway. Cost us 30$ for 2 cans of beer that we walked down ourselves to buy at the front desk… a bit ridiculous and not great customer service!

We could walk to several restaurants. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
Just as we were checking in, a family with a crying baby arrived. Saying that our room was next to that of the family, the desk clerk offered to move us to a different part of the hotel and we gratefully accepted.

parking is not on sight, and open. They were not able to accommodate us getting some hot water for tea in the morning .
