Great service from the staff

Good place to stay.

Clean but dated.

Staff was great However, the property itself is a dump! You get what you pay for. Bathroom was dirty, ceiling falling apart, Sheets dirty had to be changed upon checking in. outside was rundown. Unless you have a small vehicle good luck finding a spot to park. In all I will not stay here again.

The guy behind the counter was very sweet. Could have been cleaner but I dont mind too much! Great hospitality

I wasn’t expecting luxury from this place but it was literally the most disgusting hotel I could not believe my eyes. It was beyond dirty. The towels had stains, the bedding had holes, the sheets had stains and worst of all…. My fitted sheet had brown foot prints right next to my pillow. I ended up buying new bedding and blanket because there was no way I could sleep there. I had booked 2 night and left after the first. Do not come here!!’ The bathroom had a bad stench and nothing felt clean. Windows didn’t lock and the key hole had duck tape over it… it’s not worth the price don’t come.

We stayed one night to get some extra time in the Cape before heading to the place we’d stay for most of our trip, and we were met with so much kindness and hospitality. Everyone was very helpful, and the room was very clean. We’d absolutely stay again!

It was pretty much what you'd expect from a super 8. The price is the best point. After one night, i did ask for the floors to be washed. They looked fine although felt dirty. Manager had them washed while i was out. Bedding was fine. I slept very good.

The staff was good. Sadly the place is rundown. This stay made me realize that Cape Code has become too expensive for a short trip.

The hotel is in need of repair the microwave Sparks when you use it when you try to take a shower and you pull up the stopper to remove it from from tub to shower the thing pulls out of the wall, the outlets half of them don't work. You can't open up the window shades because it's only curtains and the back window looks into somebody's yard and the front looks in the parking lot and everybody can see what you're doing. The first time we wanted to use the pool it had not been clean and was full of bugs and you had to have permission to unlock it. You also couldn't go to lobby to get information of things of the vents going on in the area cuz they kept it locked. Nobody was there were so old that the blankets were ripped. They only put two pillows on the bed where most hotels use for you'll be able to tell about the pictures that things wouldn't just pair. While they were scraping the paint off the ceilings on the outside of the building. They were getting it all over people's vehicles including mine and didn't even offer to take care of it. This is the West hotel experience I've ever had. The management was rude and tried to kick us out a day early that I had paid for which they ended up doing and you guys had to reimburse me for that day which cost my daughter some hours at work because she couldn't stay and do her job cuz she works on a computer for the CDC. I've never ever been so unhappy about being at a hotel in my life and their parking is totally ridiculous. Booked this last-minute on 4th of July weekend. Not much on Cape was available, and what was available was super expensive. I went in with zero expectations, expecting the worst. The outside looks like every other outdated Super8, but the room was super nice, the bed and linens were all new, the room was freshly painted and had a nice new laminate floor, and the bathroom had been recently refreshed. It had a new fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It was actually a decent experience, and the check-in staff was super friendly. I will say - the pool looked clean and all, and there was some patio furniture around it, but it does not look inviting to swim. If they continue to improve this place on the grounds and outside like they have the rooms, it could become a first option and not a last.

all good nothing bad to say, they were doing some renovations on some room hotel well maintained.

We got there around 1140-1215 and went to front desk to check in. Wouldn’t let us check in early since we were going to be gone or out all day till late. Also told me that room wasn’t ready like what? We were one of the only 3 cars in the parking lot. Unbelievable like I understand that check in is 3 but the office closes at 5 and I was gonna be gone all day might just give me the key but no. We walked out and went somewhere else. Also building was very dirty.

My only complaint is that the hot water didn’t work in the room , otherwise was a pleasant stay

Suggest a rack to be able to hang cloths..no closet, so at least a roll bar.

Pool was not open in June still. Check in person yelling at me from afar, when checking in. Room had chipped paint, walls broken, rusted bathroom fixtures.

The property needs a major update and was very dirty. There was a bad smell of mildew. The guy at the front office was very nice though.

Dirty, and the office was closed and locked when I arrived. Had to call an emergency number to get manager to come to the hotel and give me a key.

The room was extremely clean!! Those sheets have been washed, even the duvet covers were clean. Im a clean freak so i tend to look at everything, they did a wonderful job!! I was really happy about my stay. Everything works, even the wifi. Would stay there again.

The room was rundown amd dirty. Their was a well stained towel, the tub looks dirty and the odor in the room was horrible. The desk agent was very understanding, polite and professional

I like that everything was near..I didn't like the property..It was not clean..The coffee maker didn't work..I was expecting more with the amount that I pay for this motel..It was disturbing Loud..

The check-in was quick and our room was clean had everything we needed for our stay, including a coffee machine. The staff was friendly and it seems like the property is being updated. I would stay here again in the future!

Overpriced, poorly maintained, old motel. Never again.

The facility was very outdated and not well maintained. However, we found our room in clean and working order and the staff was friendly and responsive. The cost for our stay was low in comparison to others in the area. I feel “I got what I paid for” if you will and if trying to keep expenses low in the future I would consider staying here again.

Not safe for a 3 year old, smelly, cigarette smelling. The rooms were just dirty. The blankets had cigarette burn holes in them…

It was dirty. The fridge hadn't been cleaned. The phone was visibly not clean. The microwave was dirty. There was poop on the bathroom molding. Spilled ice on the floor cleaned it with a towel to see it was brown. There was a metal clothes hanger closing the pool gate. When we sat down by the pool for like one minute... We saw spider webs filled with dead bugs on the cinder wall. The handicap pool chair was not protected and I'm sure was not worked in a long time. The door handles were sticky. There was crap stuck to the ice bucket. I know it was cheap... But so dirty I did not expect it that slummy. We did pay for two nights, but will never never stay again. You should hire a cleaning person. I better not get bedbugs... Not a clean place at all.
