We were happy to obtain a room a day after Milton made landfall in Florida. I was able to get early checkin for my prepaid room. TV in our room didn't work; I didn't bother to report it since we were only staying one night. Wifi access was confusing and dropped depending on where we were on the property.

Rooms were really clean. Somewhat of a language barrier but we worked it out and had an enjoyable stay. Definintly will visit this hotel again.

I've stayed here before and this was my worse experience ever and will never be staying here again. first I was given a handicap room, there was no counter space in the bathroom, no mirror, the AC was not cooling. then in the casino area none of the ATM machines were working. I had to use an ATM machine that prints out a ticket so that I needed to see cashier only to find out that the ATM machine charged me $16.99 to use the machine. Not my fault that the ATM machines were not working. NONE of them were functioning. How does a casino not have any functioning ATM's? This is unacceptable. And the next morning, I go to the restaurant to have breakfast, I get there at 10:05 only for them to tell me it's closed. they close at 10 for breakfast? why? who does that on a Sunday morning! This is why I will never be staying here again.

Love the place

We got there to check in at 3pm. They said our room was not ready because they were still cleaning it. They told us to wait 40.minutes. i refused and asked for my miney back. They said since it was theough expedia that we would have to call them. They dow graded my room to a standard queen instead of a queen suite and said they would provide a refund. We finally got our room. During the night a woman was out in the hallway yelling and screaming at someone in one of the rooms that would not let her in. This went on for about an hour or 2 and i finally called the desk at 6:30 am. A few minutes later a loud siren went off in all of the rooms in the hotel. When i called the desk they said it was a maintenanece issue and would be fixed soon. It went off and then back on a few minutes later with a voice say "emergency". Our stay was ridiculous and iw would advise against this hotel.

Room was supposed to be smoke free was clean but smell like was smoked you can smell cigarette air conditioner in room was not working properly the way is put the conducts the drywall was freezing but the bed not

They advertise a pool and resort, but there is not one on the premise. Also is not family friendly due to the fact to even reach the bathrooms or restaurants minors have to be escorted through the casino with hotel staff. this is not family-friendly and is not a resort however, they do charge you a resort fee on top of the room.

Very accessible very nice place to visit and to stay we really enjoyed being there and recommend it to everyone

Everything that they said they had in the amenities they did not. It was farther away from the beach they did not have a pool nor did they have breakfast

For being a casino and getting placed by the ice machines it was actually pretty quiet. I like the suite we got with the little living room to spread out. We chose here to be close to the parks.

Very convenient to stay at this hotel and then enter the Everglades the next morning. On the edge of town, and so no traffic!

The variety of restaurants in the hotel itself. Everything was so convenient. I was less than a mile from where I needed to go. The staff was very friendly.

They did not had pool or gym available, neither permitted early check in or late check out. My family and I were on an athletic event at the facility. It wouldn’t be ideal to had the flexibility to late check in at least, to compensate the lack of facilities

The hotel and casino were very nice

We were passing through from airport to home on west coast of FL. Very comfortable and clean room. Interesting drinks at the bar. We were tired from travel so didn’t take advantage of the Casino, but it looked like a fun place and there were definitely party bars around the casino that were hopping. Would definitely stay there again.
