Disappointed with property

We usually stay here because the price isn't too bad compared to other hotels that are just as nice. We also get our deposit back quicker than other hotels. It was a nice stay the first few times but the more we came back we did notice some guest outside being suspicious but nothing like Motel 6 at least. Plus the pool is always a delight. The hotel itself though is usually awesome.

Decided to go for the cheap hotel since I was just doing a "pit-stop" in Phoenix to get some rest. I guess I got what I paid for. As soon as I walked into the lobby to check in there were a couple of crackheads just standing there very awkwardly and when the receptionist asked "what they needed" who knows what they answered. I stayed at this hotel for about six hours and I never felt safe. Doors have a huge gap at the bottom so you can hear everything in the hallway and vice versa. There were a couple of cars with loud music in the parking lot late into the night. Room I stayed in had cracked wood floors, no hair dryer, and no clothes iron. Didn't really get much sleep and decided to hit the road instead around 2 a.m. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I stay here because it's one of the few hotels that have wood floors in the the rooms because I hate carpets on floors.

Peace and quiet

Dirt and no housekeeping or trash available. Looked more like they were turning it into homeless shelter. Did not feel safe. Hard to shower in the dirty rusty shower and hard water would not wash soap off. Broken toilet leak in bathtub ruining the tile. Sinks would not drain. Loud parties in other rooms.

It was ok for the time that we stood there. I asked for a second pillow the first night i arrived, they never had extras. I finally got an extra pillow the last night i was there. Not cool!! I wished the rooms had a microwave, small fridge and better coffee. Overall it was ok.

Fire alarm went off at approximately 8:00 am it’s was very terrifying. Although it was a false alarm staff should’ve notified guest and extended a late check out offer.

There were loud kids and dogs in the hallway and outside our door till about 1:30 every morning.

Not super clean, VERY noisy, shower didn’t drain, didn’t want to step on floor without shoes.

The late night front desk staff helped to resolve my problem and find us a room. We had checked in earlier in the day by our room wasn’t ready so we left our luggage. Sometime between our initial discussion about 10 am and our return at 10 pm the manager gave our room away and canceled our reservation. It wasn’t clear why especially since we had already stopped in and they were storing our bags.

Room doors need painting. Great parking. Staff friendly.

The room smell like pee

SHOCKING. Do not stay here. The room was filthy and SMELLED so bad, like something dead. We canceled our 2nd night by 9AM that morning but still had to pay.

The shower was back up. Hear the same complaint by other guess in the hotel as we were checking in. Not enough towel. We only have two bath towels for the 3 member of the family. It was my first time in that hotel chain and will be the last time if I can help it.

The place just reeks of cat pee. Pets are allowed to stay on the first floor they said but the entire place stunk so bad! Elevator was sketchy - very old. Just gross.

This place was so icky. My bed cover had a burn hole in it and the sheets had stains. I don’t need a lot of frills when I am picking a place just to sleep but I do expect clean.

It was convenient for getting to where we wanted to go. The rooms are outdated, especially the bathroom. And it would be nice to have maybe some sweet rolls, muffins out for breakfast

Way overpriced, rundown and poor value for the money. The coffee maker was pathetic and dangerous! Hotel/permanent residence for some? People washing dishes in the drinking fountain. Would not recommend.

Lobby and staff were nice. Shower didn’t work, pillows and mattress terrible and our room didn’t get service between our two nights. Would not recommend.

Very good

Truly appreciated the easy of check-in even at such a late hour. The room was very accommodating for older folks with lots of safety features in the bathroom.
