Very nice hotels, the customer service was wonderful. only complaint was the refrigerator was a little long at times but overall a decent stay.

3 day hockey weekend and wanted to cook in room, so sonesta was perfect

Staff were fantastic. Hallways smelled good. Rooms were so clean! Laundry is currently free (will probably change some point but for now big plus!)

The hotel is clean and front desk staff friendly. We liked the full kitchen and fridge availability and made use of the microwave. Our room had a bedroom separate from the living area, which made the living area more roomy and comfortable. The hotel overall is a good choice for an Ann Arbor football weekend. It’s not a polished, premium hotel, but we found it better than most.

Amazing staff!!! Upon check we were greeted by a warm and welcoming staff member. She was attentive and gave us some tips for our trip. Next time we would stay here again.

The room had enough space for 2 night stands with 2 lamps instead of 1. I ended up turning a laundry basket upside down in order to create a night stand. Because of limited surface space, I used the ironing board. The coffee provided for the room was insufficient but the lobby coffee was much better. $1500 for 2 nights was too much for this property, even if it was a football weekend

A few sketchy people hanging around side entrances. Front desk people were wonderful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Overall a very easy and comfortable stay.

This was my 3rd stay and it gets better every time. The room was sparkling clean. The gentleman at check in was very polite and friendly! It’s a nice getaway stay!!!

I enjoyed the quiet place.

Only washed the towels and cleaned the room once a week or when you left. Staff had no interest in helping you. Bed and interior of suite in marginal condition.

We have stayed here many times and are going to be renting a unit as a "home away from home" for my son's hockey season. It's close to Biggby Ice Cube, Michigan stadium, Yost, and all kinds of shopping and dining options. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but does have a snack pantry and coffee, and the Colonnade shopping center across the parking lot has a Panera. They are super dog friendly and we love the artwork throughout. Staff has mostly been friendly and helpful. The only things we don't like are that the hallways don't always smell great, and the smokers congregate outside the entrances (both cigarettes and weed.) I have a smoke allergy so I have to wait till they're done before I can go in or out. It would be really nice if the hotel could move the ashcans and benches farther out for the guests who don't smoke.

This is an older facility but well maintained and convenient to everything. We were upgraded to a suite and it was great. This is a pet friendly place. I would stay here again.

Location is good but the Sonesta Suites needs an urgent and full refurbishment both in the rooms and common areas. AC almost doesn’t work, Gym is dirty and equipment not working (need to stop the treadmill with the emergency button), almost no weights. Rooms need to be upgraded, mattress very old.

Excellent staff and good location

The staff was very friendly and helpful, for example, helped me open a wine bottle, greeted us very day, mopped and swept common areas frequently. The kitchen had all the necessary items. We had a nice, quite room and appreciated their towel and linen exchange. Some of the items (like the dining chair covers) are showing age, but did not interfer with our visit.

I paid $175 for a hotel that looks like it is from the 1990s. Everything is old but clean.

Damita is a life saver! My mother has been dealing with a very hard situation for a month now waiting to get into her new place. We came to Sonesta and what a world a difference from where she had been staying. I can not thank her and the rest of the staff for their kindness in a very stressful time.

Excellent for it’s price, a small suite but very convenient, large working desk, bedroom with a door, but anything quite minimal

They transferred me to another motel without informing me of doing so until I arrived to check in. This was extremely hard for me as I have disabilities and had to go to another motel at 8:30 PM.

Was very well kept and our stay felt quite private!

Room was cleaned. No soap in bathroom. Travellers do not carry soap with them. Parking lot was fine but entrance street is in bad condition, which will not leave a good impression on visitors.
