the prepaid breakfast was not honored for my friend who left a pre-order menu the night before. The order did not make it to the kitchen. In fact, the woman at the counter felt no need to apologize. My friend had an 8 a.m. appt an hour and a half away so couldn't wait. When she asked if she could get coffee at least, the woman said if she didn't have breakfast she'd have to pay for the coffee. ($3-4 per cup). My friend left and had breakfast later in the morning, after he appointment.

Just a quick stay in Ann Arbor for the in state rivalry game. This hotel was conveniently located close to down town . Rooms were clean and modern. Staff was super friendly. Plenty of food options around

Had many issues with my stay. The TV in the room did not work. It took them 2 hours to switch our room. They were rude and disrespectful and rude.

Everything was amazing. The front desk staff was so helpful.
However, we had an unpleasant experience at breakfast. The won working came in and said some cruise words to another employee very loudly. She also was talking very loudly about them not wishing her a happy birthday in March when it was her birthday. She then got on the phone with her EarPods on and was arguing with someone on the phone and ignored the patrons and was no where to be found when needed.

Great customer Service. I would say it is the best I have ever seen in the recent past. The front desk associate, Chris, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Three cheers to Chris and EVEN Hotel Ann Arbor!!!

Comfortable and clean. Our room was equipped with yoga equipment, which we don't need. Would prefer a comfy chair. Also miss the breakfast included in sister chain hotel, holiday inn express

Was in town for a girls trip to the Ann Arbor art fair. I’d never heard of the EVEN brand but was glad I gave it a chance.
Everything was very clean and new and the room had a very faint pleasant odor when we walked in.
It was located right across the street from a huge mall with lots of dining options.
Our room had a yoga mat and some other exercise equipment.
We ate breakfast at the restaurant and found it reasonably priced and food was good.
As I mentioned I’d never heard of the EVEN brand but will definitely book again if I have that option.

great hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff, nice amenities, close to University and mall, lots of dining options near by. Great hotel for families. The mall is undergoing construction, but we did not notice any noise in the room. toilets are low, but we appreciate that as a short family.

I had an excellent stay here ! I was here for 4 days, my first time in Ann Arbor. The location is convenient, the rooms clean and kept clean by the staff. The reception desk staff were so friendly and helpful. I like the exercise equipment in the room- a happy surprise. Overall, I will stay here again! Great experience.

Was very cool with comfy beds when I stayed, and it happened to coincide with two days that were in 90 degree temps. But the fire alarms kept going off which did make it a louder experience. Still would say it was a good stay :)

I liked this hotel and have always fancied the Even Hotels. They’re always clean, modern and have felt safe. The staff was a little sketchy here, but maybe that was just me being nervous as a solo female, but otherwise great experience as usual ☺️

I cannot say one negative thing about our experience at EVEN. Check in was smooth and very friendly service (shout out to the two Chris’ that work at the front desk). Everyone from housekeeping to the staff in the restaurant were extremely kind & friendly. Room was spotless and hotel was quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again.

Did a two nights vacation here with my family. The service from the front desk and housekeeping was amazing. The only downfall was that the restaurant and bar area closed early. And that was a reason why I booked this hotel. And the mall construction wasn’t a nice view either.
