Good hotel for the money

Very clean and comfortable and they offered light breakfast and airport shuttle. I was able to leave my car for an extra fee. Cheaper than airport parking!

Nice for a last minute travel change. No amenities if arriving in the evening.

You can hear EVERYTHING that goes on around you. Lots of street noise, noise from other guests.

I spent only one night,but I liked the location and the free airport shuttle .Breakfast didn’t have that many options,but still good. Staff was friendly and room had a comfortable bed.

Check in took forever. I was not acknowledged as I was standing there waiting. This was due to both probably a slow computer system, as well as may be an overwhelmed front desk person. The rooms are really great. I would stay here again because of that. Comfortable bed and has everything you need, large TV with 50 channels, good air conditioning, just pretty much everything you need in a room, including Keurig coffee maker. The breakfast is served in an extremely small room, which was maybe not even a room at one point and there are a lot of people gathering around and hoarding over whatever food is there, but I think they did the best that they could considering the limited space that they had, but I just opted to eat at the airport. I actually did like this place a lot but next time would leave much more time for check-in and just not even bother with the breakfast. There was a hotel shuttle, but it pretty much picked up people at about four other hotels.

There were black hairs in the bed and the plumbing didn't work very well.

This place was great. Got stuck because of a missed connection, was able to take a shuttle there and back to airport. Staff was very patient and nice. Recommended Celia’s down the street and had a great dinner! Place was clean, updated, comfortable. The breakfast was okay.

Place is really clean and pleasant. The walls are bit thin where you can hear your neighbor snoring but that’s the only complaint I have. Bathrooms weren’t rusted, sinks were clean, nice tv , and cheap rate. Will come back again for before my flights. Also check out the liquor store next door. They have a wide selection if you need a last minute gift.

Pros: clean, close to the airport, friendly staff Cons: on a very loud major road, just shutters over the window, no shades or curtains. If you don’t mind, they allowed and not very dark room then it’s probably not a problem

Great property……shuttle service to airport was not good at all

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The iron provided in my room was filthy, and when I used it on my brand new white shirt, it left black marks all over, completely ruining it. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they simply thanked me for the information and did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. The lack of accountability and disregard for guest concerns is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

This was our second time staying at this property. The dual King bed room we got this time was spacious and comfortable. Our previous room (dual queen, I believe) felt very cramped, so room comfort may be dependent on room type, or could be luck of the draw, as the rooms are not all the same size with different beds like some hotels. Hotel is clean, and the breakfast is about as good as it gets for free versions in hotels of this price range. The hotel appears to be in the process of replacing all the furniture. Minor irritants are that the only way to get (conveniently) to the lobby is by using the elevator, as the only stairs are at the far ends of the hotel, and go out to the street. There are two Tesla ev chargers, but only one J1772 charger that inexplicably only reaches the handicap stall it is next to. The hotel also charges for the charging.

My wife and I stayed here on the way to a overseas trip and then again on the way back the place was ok at best it was just an overnight stay….. But I check my card statement and I see an extra $100 charge from this hotel a couple days after we left the second time, I called them to ask what was this charge and was told it was for smoking in the room. Funny thing is we don’t smoke. We had noticed when we got there the smell of smoke in the elevator and did not say anything, we just arrived after 17 hour flight plain ole didn’t care. They won’t remove it from my card Don’t trust them with your card…! Expedia should remove them from the network I have used Expedia for more than 125 night in the last couple years

Great service

This is a great hotel in a nice area. Rooms are clean, recently renovated, comfortable, and with spacious layout. Accommodating and friendly staff. Hot water with clean showers in the room. A 9.5 out of 10. The half mark off the perfect score would be due to the guest laundry which is a bit pricey ($2 to wash and $2 to dry).
