Clean,comfortable, access to transportation, plenty parking

Nice clean older hotel with updates. Only 1 ice machine that had no ice is the only real complaint. Bed was firm if you like that. Loved there were multiple meeting social areas around the hotel rooms. They have parking as well.

Although it’s on a busy street, the inside is up to date and the rooms are nice and large. Bed was comfy and the service was friendly. Airport shuttle was a good and prompt ride.

Clean, well maintained, and we felt safe. Off street parking and walking neighborhood. Shuttle service to SFO was great!

The room was very clean and presentable. We were there for the night before an early flight. The location is ideal for this type of situation. Lots of nearby options for dinner. Very happy with our stay.

Overnight stay for a long layover. Hotel has free airport SFO shuttle though not as frequent as some of the other bigger chains. However, room was clean, modern, with fridge and coffee maker. Description & pictures matches the place. I would stay there again.

Wonderful stay. Convenient location to SFO airport. Safe, well lit and huge covered parking. Liked the frequent airport shuttle service. Checkin was hassle free; staff was friendly and courteous.

Customer service was exceptional. Hotel partially renovated. 1/2 is very modern and clean, the other 1/2 is is comparable to $50-70/night hotel. Unfortunately, we were on that end of the awkward hotel floor plan/layout. The room door had torn off paint, bathroom had water damage and what appeared to be a band aid fix. The worst part, (we were in a room with two beds) One was rock hard, and the second had a huge divot/crater in the center of the bed. And to top it all off, the head pillows were 12x12 sofa accent pillows with a standard pillow case on them. These too were rock hard. Had I not had 2-3hrs of sleep and a long travel day, we would have changed hotels.

Room was very clean. Tv only had 5 channels. Wouldn't let you stream. Front desk agent wasn't the nicest. Wish there were real curtains in the room for black out and noise. Could of just been better.

The room was the most disgusting place I've ever seen. Bugs all over the bathroom and personal hygiene item stuck to the bathtub. I couldn't even stay there for the evening and now they won't give a refund.

After my trip to Palo Alto I needed a hotel convenient to SFO for a 6:15 flight back. The hotel is near a street (San Mateo) filled with restaurants or Wendy's across the street. The bus to the airport arrives at 4:10, I was picked up, dropped off, thru security and at the gate by 4:40.

Check-in was quick and simple. The room was large, spacious, clean with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was excellent with a nice hot shower. There is a nightlight near the bathroom. Excellent idea! A very pleasant stay.

Easy parking. Comfortable and clean. Stayed here because they are close to the airport and have a free shuttle. Perfect for that.

The gentle which his name I can’t remember, was rude…to me anyway. I got there early he did not greet me. I ask can I store my luggage he said, yes and gestured/pointed in the direction I’m to go. There was no system anyone could walk in and take your luggage alone with there’s. I needed to wash. The detergent machine was not working, the cost though was $1.25. I was charged $2.50 for one box at the front desk. I was forced to get the app to purchase the uses of the machines, $10 was the least to purchase. I have a loss of $3.50, which I would like a refund. The same rude guy at the front desk questioned why I wanted a receipt for the box of detergent. In checking out I went to call the front desk to let them know I was changing the time for the shuttle and lo and behold there was no cord on the phone.

The Hotel looked old but clean when we arrived. We were very early as many others were as well because of leaving the cruise ship. The friendly manager let us into our rooms over 2 hours early. Which was very nice. The rooms were very nice and clean. The sitting rooms were beautiful. Wonderful hotel. We would come again.

I recently stayed at Hotel Aluxor SFO near SFO Airport, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel was spotless and was relatively well-maintained (paint job on the walls was not the best, but that is not an issue), which set a positive tone for our stay right from the start. The room itself was quite spacious, offering ample room to relax and unwind after a busy day. One of the highlights was the excellent parking facilities. It’s always a relief to have secure and convenient parking, especially when traveling. The hotel’s location was also a major plus. With a variety of restaraunt options nearby. Getting into San Francisco was relatively straightforward, making it easy to explore the city despite being close to the airport. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay with all the necessary amenities. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a place close to the airport or looking for a comfortable base for exploring San Francisco.

The room was clean and very comfortable. However the bathroom had some construction issues. But really it was an overall great stay. It’s not the Ritz but bang for buck I would stay again!

Quite run down hotel. Trying to find your room is a maze. Waited an hour for shuttle pick up. I will not return.

This was a great choice for a quick overnight stay from airport. Very clean and quiet.
