The hallway fire alarm went off at 4am. In the spirit of not wanting to go outside in the cold at 4am, I called down to the front desk to ask if there was a reason to evacuate. He told me that no alarm was going off and I must be crazy. I kept looking out the window and finally at 6am the fire alarm stopped. I packed up and left at 7am. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep which is a basic necessity I like from a hotel. The room was clean yet old. There was a mold smell but livable.

Bed was comfortable. Lighting sucked and made it hard to work & get ready. There was some gross things left unclean.

Very clean! Room and thru out hotel. Breakfast was a standard complimentary breakfast liked their two styles of waffle machines, could make breakfast waffle sandwich. Coffee was good! Pool could have been a tad warmer and hot tub needed to be turned up too which made the experience mediocre. Slightly sad because that was reason I booked here. What added to the disappointment on top of it was in exercise room nothing worked. Another reason for booking here. Soo that was a big let down. The staff were excellent! Rooms were nice, noise level excellent. Good enough for a couple nights.

The room itself and the building felt well taken care of and clean, but my issue with cleanliness, comfort, and condition was in the bath tub. The tub/shower was old and in the middle of the tub floor was a large bubbled up area with a hole in it. I had two 2 year olds with me who needed a bath, but i didnt feel comfortable bathing them with the tub in that condition. I didnt even feel comfortable standing in it for my shower. This alone made me feel like I will choose a different hotel in the future.
I didnt think to take a picture, but it is very easily visible if you check the room.

There was tape holding furniture and the door frame together. I was given a handicap room with a sheer. The bracket that held the shower nozzle was broke. Water easily got out of the shower due to the set up.

Nice comfortable clean stay for a night while driving on I69. Bed was comfortable and nice pillows. I could hear highway noise but we had a noise maker so drowned everything out. Slept great.

Service was great, location perfect, hotel is older and could use some updating but because of the above it is great for the value

Spacious room. Accommodating staff. Good hours for check in and out. Breakfast was small but ON POINT. OJ was the best. Sausage, waffle/pancake maker, bagels, eggs, yogurt and a few other things. Will definitely stay again next time.

I have no idea how this place has such high reviews. It is old, my bathroom was not clean, it is off a back road that is dark and isolate, there are signs warning about theft of valuables, I had to ring the bell to unlock after 10 PM, so I went to my room and double-locked the doors. The highway noise is quite loud and some truck came in at 3 AM and the entire building rattled- I literally wondered if there was an earthquake. Never again.

Stay was ok. However clip that would hold shower head in place was broken making it hard to shower as I needed to hold on to rails pretty much all the time. Also card reader by back entrance not working.

Clean comfortable bed. The ac was loud and there was no options to dehumidify the room without it so that is my negative the room was cool but towels never dried etc due to excessive moisture.

Room was clean and nice but the front desk people need to be more aware of what rooms are open and what rooms are occupied. Shortly after settling into the room another guest opens the door with his key. He explained that they gave him this key and room number minutes ago when he checked in. I immediately go down to the front desk and explain the situation. They said that the room assigned to me was 304 but the front desk person gave me 302. I was met with an apology and new room keys.I understand mistakes happen but this should never happen. I booked this hotel room for a safe and comfortable stay but was worried who else could get into this room? Overall I was not pleased with this stay.

Manager polite and professional. You can tell Staff take pride in cleanliness I have stayed here 3 times in last 5 years. Rooms were clean beds was comfortable. Place has maintained it self well for an older property. Definitely recommend this Hotel. Breakfast was great. Better then some higher end place.

Nice and clean. I liked that the property had to be entered from the front door with a card making me feel very safe.

The only problem we had was the pool was not to clean. The walls of the pool had grime build up and you can tell in hadnt been wipe down in a very long time. Everything else was good! Will go back but not swim:)

Property is next to a cemetery very creepy but you can rest up and be on your way quickly as it is next to the highway entrance/exit. This place also has hidden fee for no reason.
