air conditioning in room did not work but was resolved by moving me to another room. breakfast was cold right out of the heating containers

Room smelled bad. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee was ice cold.

Bathrooms were very outdated and shower/tub was almost non operational. Rooms were stale and carpets were not very clean. Even the closet had a broken pole for hanging clothes. Breakfast was limited and not appealing. The rooms were spacious and did have a fridge, so that was nice. The biggest issue is our room keys didn’t work on the second day, and we had to wait in line behind others with the same issue. Somehow, another person’s keys worked on OUR room, but luckily they quickly realized it was the wrong room. Not overly safe feeling…

Nice hotel with a well decorated lobby. Looks like it was remodeled recently. Rooms are spacious with plenty of seating unlike other hotels that provide one desk chair in a room for four.

Overall our stay was fine. The only problem we had was that the pool water was green with things floating in it. The kids wanted to swim but we refuse to let them get in.

We arrived early for our 3 o’clock check-in time. When speaking with the front desk at about 1:30 we were told we’d have to wait until three to get a room. That was no problem at all. When I asked about using the fitness center to work out, we were told until our room was ready, that that was not an option because we had to officially check in before being able to use any of the amenities. When I asked about the breakfast I was told that he wasn’t sure where it’s located. I asked a few more questions about the property and all of the answers that were offered were done so with disinterest.
When we arrived later in the day to finally check in the staff was much more helpful however, the cars that were underneath the awning for guest check-in stayed there all afternoon and night and didn’t allow access easy for customers to park and move luggage without getting wet. The first employee we encounter did not make a good first. Impression.

Everything was great, the room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed. Staff cleaned my room. Only problem our toilet got stopped up but the staff was nice and gave me a plunger I greatly appreciate it. Need more items to choose for breakfast it was ok could be better. Overall had a great stay will return.

Not a great experience and don't know who to blame, Hotels.com let me book a room at a hotel that has no power due to the hurricane. It has been 3 days since the hurricane and I'm wondering how it was even allowed to book the room? So instead my family and I had to stay in a hot house with no electricity because it was too late to try and find a room. Very very poor and now I don't trust the app.

We arrived at 11AM & asked if we could check in early. We were told room not ready & told it would be ready at 1:30 or 2:00. Returned at 1:30 - not ready. Returned at 2:30 & and was told it was ready and would have to pay $25 fee for early check- in. I was told we could not check in unless I paid the $25. We waited in front until 2:58 when he told me we could now check in.

WE WILL FIRST START BY STATING THAT THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY BUT VERY LAYED BACK. THEY ALLOWED CHILDREN TO ROAM THE HALLS UNSUPERVISED, CHILDREN USING THE BATHROOM IN THE SWIMMING POOL, AND ALLOWING CHILDREN TO BE UNSUPERVISED IN THE FITNESS AREA.

Everything was pretty great. The only downside was the room I was in smelled like dog pee. It wasn't super strong, but having four dogs of my own at home, I know the smell pretty well. But all of the people were super nice, the bed was super comfortable, And the shower was clean with pretty decent water pressure.

The staff were very friendly and nice . I was only disappointed in my room. The room I received did not appear clean. There were spots on the floor and water leakage marks on the ceiling. I had chosen this hotel based on all the positive reviews. They are so misleading.

Worse hotel ever, as soon as we entered our room it smell like dogs had being living there, there was a roach in one corner of the room and also dog food on another part of room. Looked like they didn’t clean the room before we came in. We went down stairs and the attitude of the lady was so rude with an attitude. We ask her to have some one to go and clean it while we went to get something to eat because there was no way we were eating in that room. When we came back the dog food was still there and the roach. We went down again to speak to them and she said that they had clean it but they probably forgot to clean that up. This is not acceptable I told her. With an attitude she send one to vacuum the room. She never asked us if we wanted to change rooms like she didn’t care. I will never stay there again. Worse experience ever!!! Thank god it was just two days that we stayed there. I do not recommended to anyone!!!

Property had been closed for two weeks due to a storm. We were the only guests in house. The facility was sparkling clean, and the staff were great. The only downside was that because they only reopened 2 hours before we arrived, the pool did not have time to reheat, there was no fruit, milk or yogurt for the breakfast bar and both the internet and the elevator were still out and needing to be reset. None of this really impacted our stay though. We would gladly stay there again. The price was reasonable for what we got, and the staff were accommodating. And they have bowls full of the most amazing key-lime candy mints :)

The room was spacious, however there was hair in the bathtub, hair around the sink. The floors were not vacuumed, and smelled horrible! The rooms are outdated and needs updating. We booked double rooms and one room came with one towel, when asking for more towels they asked for used ones first. We never had them to give back. The outside hasn’t been mowed, very dirty property. My husband spotted a silver fish in the bathtub! Disgusting! Outside trash overflowing! I’m highly disappointed. Money wasted.

Rented this place because it was the only place that had a HOT TUB but it was COLD. THEYsaid it was not pool season yet. It's 86 outside and humid. Please turn the heater on. They are switching me to a room with a jacuzzi tub in the room YAY 4 ME

My family had a very relaxing stay at this hotel. We were only there for one night, but there was plenty of room for each of the children to have a place to sleep comfortably. Thanks to the ample pillows on the bed, I was even able to get comfortable at 9 months pregnant.
The hotel is older, but it is very tidy and clean. The staff was kind, and even though we were in the breakfast area a little late we were not made to feel rushed. The attendant even asked if we were going to get anything else before beginning to put the food away! We've stayed here several times over the years, mostly for 1- 2 night stays, and it has always been enjoyable.
Our only hiccups this time were that the toilet stopped up, and the plunger kept coming off of the handle. Also, there was no rod on one of the toilet paper dispensers. So the roll kept falling off. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

Cosmetics around the hotel needed to be addressed. Seam from sheetrock to elevator was done poorly. An area that mostly everyone would come past.
Couch had what looked to be a cigarette burn on it when I checked. Reported it asap so I didn't get dinged for it.

Hotel personnel was good. Free bkfast ok. May need a different preparer. Room was fair, toilet tank would not fill back up automatically, I had to remove cover to manually operate. Room 220. The swimming pool was VERY CLOUDY..YUK.
