I stay at this hotel every time I come in from California. I am comfortable staying there.

Wish you had continental breakfast. Everything else was good.

the water did not get hot in the shower, had to take a cool/warm shower and I was so cold

Mold/mildew smell of the room and that carpet… didn’t even wanted to step on it with my shoes on. Terrible room smell to say the least and I feel particularly lucky that I have survived that room.

had no idea they were in the middle of construction/remodel ! the banging rolling around etc… noise Literally right above the room ALL NIGHT, and started again around 6AM !

Size of the room

Stove did not work. Air conditioning was inadequate. The room smelled strongly of mildew. Bedding was never changed by the staff in 8 days. We had to ask for new bedding at the front desk, which was met with reluctance.

Room did not have curtains to keep daylight out and people passing by could see inside the room

Unable to blackout daylight. Door had to be pushed really hard to make sure it closed. TV remote was not working

The location.

The rooms are outdated, there are no modern USB connections, so if you have devices, you'll need you wall plug ins. The furnitue is old and unattractive. There was a large bag of trash left outside of one of the units and it produced a very unpleasant odor throughout the hall way. I reported it and eventually it was removed, but the stench remained. The unit door was very heavy and difficult to open or close. The floor and carpet in unit were extremely dirty, if you walk barefoot on the floor your feet will get turn black with filth. The main waiting area and hallways are very dirty. Very dissatisfied with my stay here.
