Room was very dirty

There were roaches in the room and bathroom and kitchen area. Overall couldn't sleep with the fighting in the hall and people slamming the door to go outside very frequently. Not happy at all. I'm pretty sure there were drug deals going on in the parking lot. Used my giftcard for a nice evening that turned out to be horrible. 2 men harassed my boyfriend as he was leaving, he was freaked out from them cursing him out in the parking lot.

Excellent as always! The comforters are super comfy and rooms are spacious and full size fridge. Great to spend a long weekend and be able to cook and not spend tons of money eating out and all.

Service was very poor to non-existent. Room furnishings were old and in bad shape. The biggest issue was that the room was filthy, and smelled very bad. I am extremely disappointed in Hotels.com for their rating and can’t imagine how anyone could find this hotel acceptable in the least.

Our room was disgusting the floors hadn’t been swept or cleaned in several stays prior to us.The Shower was molded and hadn’t been cleaned or sanitized in months!! We killed 3 live cochroaches, we could hear the call girls next door to us all night long and the traffic of different mentoring and closing her door. The common areas were unsanitary and dirty carpets and stairs haven been vacuumed in days. The office personal did nothing nor did hotels.con

It was a good escape place from Hurricane Elena.
Proximity to shopping and gas was excellent regarding ease and travel time, plenty of room and ample sleep choices.
It,qas easy for my friend to take his dog out to relieve himself. The water was very good, only thing for ME and my daughters was breakfast was all carbs, no protein choices. Over all I would say I'd definetly recommend it to friends.

Our room was full of roaches from the time we entered until we left. Unfortunately we had booked for two nights. We had a suite... roaches in the bathroom, kitchen, sofa area, bedroom area.....

Property was poorly maintained and not clean at all. Stairs in the lobby looked like they haven't been vacuumed or cleaned in months. The room we not clean, bathroom was full of mold, needs updating and a thorough cleaning. The last draw was the presence of roaches. Unacceptable. I should've checked the reviews more thoroughly as this has been documented. Will never stay at this or any Mainstay properties ever again. The staff were very nice which is unfortunate as it looks like the owners have really let the property go

Nice hotel. Exceptional water park and pool areas. Check-in was subpar and took longer to process than preferred. Room was clean and as described, however, basic toiletries were missing. There was a shortage of clean towels in the common areas and had to wait over 30 minutes for new ones to arrive.

What I like about the property was very pretty but was not unique. What I didn’t not like about the hotel, it an extended stay hotel. Some guest live there.

We arrived at midnight l. The smell was horrible. Facilies were filthy. Also they didn't have the room we booked and we didn't find out until we got in our room. We booked 2 queen beds. We entered the room with one full bed. With our 3 children. They had to turn us away due to lack of the correct accommodations!

The room was infested with cockroaches even on the towels when i went to dry myself 2 cockroaches landed on me. It was disgusting.

Pets are not allowed but there was a dog barking near our room. The man in charge did not take care of our claim !!

The floor was very dirty, I spilled a little water on the floor (laminate) and wiped it up with a paper towel and was surprised at the dirt. also I had not worn shoes when I got out of bed in the morning to shower and was surprised at the dirt on my feet when stepping into the shower.

The breakfast was non existent even though it’s free! It was waffle mix toast wrapped apples Variety juices syrup. The waffle maker needs to be replaced AsAp! I get its. Free but efficient effort is needed. Room was decent and the little bugs in the bathroom was not too bad. But it’s a Choice Hotel Right. Lol
