Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Atmosphere was cozy.Front desk staff was not very friendly when i checked in. Both ladies (one older one younger) gave me a very cold look. No warmth AT ALL, not even a friendly welcome smile. :/ check in was seamless though.Housekeeping staff was very welcoming & professional. I would give this hotel 5 stars if they had customer service professionals at the reception desk.

Free shuttle to and from the airport is much appreciated as we had an unexpected stay due to a flight delay.

The front desk staff were friendly except for one person who wasnt very understanding to my complaint for being charged $8 for ordering two club sodas from the rude bar tender Saturday night. Ive never been charged for club soda and its my drink at every restaurant i go to instead of still water.
The lady who took may daily breakfast order to go so sweet, friendly and i loved her personality. The bar tender lacked the basics for being in the customer service business. Its not about knowing how to make cocktails!

The property is nice enough, but not so great service. I asked for a wake up call, never got it; desk clerk said to be at shuttle 10 -15 minutes ahead of time, but shuttle was closed until about 4 minutes before departure. At check in, they asked for my credit card,, only if they needed to charge any 'incidentals' --- but they charged my card $50. Which will supposedly be credited back to my account in 3-5 days. No other hotel has done that before.
I won't stay at or recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a little outdated but ok. The bed was pretty hard and not a comfortable sleep for us. The staff were very nice. Emily and Rhia are absolutely the best. Overall, i don't think we will come back because there are no good food options and the wall are very thin.

Just needed a place real close to ORD for a 5 am flight. Nice place. Five minutes to the rental car drop-off.

I booked Hyatt hotel in Rosemont, IL via Expedia for 1 room with 2 double beds, but when we checked in, the receptionist told us there was no available for 2 beds, but instead provided us with 1 king size bed, with 1 extra ripped mattress standing in our doorway, no bedding.
No information was provided on Expedia about the overnight parking fee.
I don't know how they deal with 3rd party reservations, but they need to fix their system with this.
Services in the that hotel need to be upgraded.

Stayed here for K pop concert was convenient bus nearby .Nice large rooms very clean . Great shuttle to airport .

No complaints whatsoever! Clean room. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Fluffy white towels. Crisp white bedding. Polite and efficient staff. Convenient garage parking. We were here for the Buddy Guy concert at Rivers Casino and it was a super short walk to the event center. Would most definitely stay again next time I need to stay in the area.

The bathtub had hair on it. Look like it had not been cleaned at all. When I arrived to the room the ac was turned off and hot. Do not stay here! It is very close to the casino and that's about the only positive thing I can say. While I was there I had no phone signal.

The room was beautiful. Very nice modern update. Only thing that was an issue was the automatic lighting in the entrance area of the room that randomly would click on at night. Tried to turn it off but it would happen again.

Very convenient location and shuttle to and from the airport. They could have better bedding and pillows. The pillows are too soft, it’s almost as if you don’t have a pillow.
