Air conditioner too load Bed too hard

Property is fine for what it is. We were upgraded to a suite for free. Which are large rooms with a kitchenette. One of our rooms had a musty smell. We had a power outage in the night for 3 hours, nobody did anything, nobody checked on us, I had to sent my husband down at 3 am and someone came an reset the breaker. In Canada or the US you would give a free breakfast or something for this type of issue. My husband has a sleep machine and it’s hot as F so laying there without power for three hours when it was only a breaker issue sucked. Also the fact you can’t use the pools between the 3 los acros owned pools is lame and not what I heard on the internet.

It’s a dated property but rooms & common areas are super clean and functional. Our room had a balcony with sea views so that was nice. Location is also excellent for Los Muertos beach access and shopping & dining.

It was a good stay. Conveniently located in the heart of Zona Romantica within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, clubs. Rooms do need a bit of remodeling.

Very beautiful resort! Our stay was nice and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious. The All Inclusive option was fantastic, being able to have savory meals at the sister resort! I highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet, quaint resort, yet very close to the beach!

Room was very clean and spacious. Would be nice if Hotel had a small bar with snacks like Suzana across the street. Also would be nice if coffee was available all day.

This was our first time traveling to Puerto Vallarta, and I’m glad we stayed at Los Arcos Suites. We tremendously enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the hotel felt like a peaceful oasis in the midst of the lively Zona Romantica. Everything (beach, pier, the best restaurants, cafes, shops, art galleries, bus stop etc.) was just in short walking distance. Common areas of the hotel were beautifully decorated and well maintained. We loved our spacious suite with fully functional kitchen and huge balcony with partial ocean view. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!

Thought I was staying in the hotel next to the beach.

Los Arcos has an elevator, which is very helpful in dealing with heavy bags. We also had access to beach chairs and palapa at the beachside hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms smell really humed, the policy that you cannot bring anyone to your room and they look at you like criminals is true according to a review on google. The staff is friendly and they are good. Curtains were incredible filthy and stained by the humidity.I was going to stay but is just not worth the money.

WiFi needs upgrading. Showers need more water pressure. Housekeeping was perfect. Desk staff very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here! Pros: Since it's on a 'dead' end street, it's a quiet retreat in a busy area. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The staff really take care of the property and the garden/pool area is beautiful. The shower always had hot water. It's in a great location! Cons: Even though I was told we could by others that have stayed there, we were told we could not use the pool/facilities at the sister resort, Los Arcos Hotel. We did get permission to use it one day as they were taking professional photos of the pool at the Suites. The bathroom are quite small and the plumbing is not great. Needs a bit of updating.

Our stay in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic! The hotel exceeded expectations with its attentive staff. Exploring the Old Town was a highlight, as was indulging in the delicious local cuisine. The warmth and hospitality of the locals made our experience even more memorable. We can't wait to return! Quiet street hotel very old needs upgrade

They need to update the picture they’ve on line. The rooms don’t look like the ones they used.

We stayed at Los Arcos Suites (all-inclusive) for 4 nights. The hotel is located in the center of the romantic zone. Everything is around it from Pharmacy to bars, to restaurants, to el Malecon, and other establishments. The staff were very professional and nice. I would give this hotel 5 stars because I like its concept (villa-styled). However, it needs an update. Everything is downdated. It looks and smell very old. Some of the towels in our room were dirty and old. Another thing we didn't like is that we were not able to use the pool at its sistered hotel (Los Arcos Resorts). Their pool was bigger and nicer than the one the suites has. The only thing we had access to was their restaurant (buffet-styled) and the beach chairs.
