I booked and paid for 2 nights but was unable to check in due to medical reasons. Upon arrival the next day my reservation was cancelled. I was not refunded for the second day. Hotels.com says it's the property's discretion but the property said they never got paid. Someone got the money. Even though the reservation was guaranteed and paid for I am out 2 nights that was paid for. I just requested the 1 night credit as I missed the first night stay.
Where in the world do you pay for something and show up and the reservation is not honored and no one takes responsibility. Horrible on the property and hotels.com
My advice is to breakup bookings into smaller chunks so if you happen to be unable to make check in at least the entire stay is not cancelled and not refunded.

I had to cancelled my stay. The hotel Seven Crown wa too far from the beach. I am 71 years old and I can not walk that distance.
Please, could Expedia return my money back for the 3 days that I never used this hotel and I checked at another one close to the beach?

All was well with the hotel with the exception to the noise . We were in room 113, across from staff office and the AM crew was very noisy in the morning. Glad that they appeared to be happy to be at work with laughter, whistling and singing but should be considerate to those staying near the office.

Front desk pretty friendly, very close to everything, however no elevator gave us 2 very small beds even though they saw us we arrived as a couple bed was very uncomfortable

Overall the property was ok.great air conditioner Daily housekeeping. rooms were clean but dated. A few things could be better like there was no water or glass provided for drinking. The towel’s were old looking. But the price was good and I would definitely stay again.

Lady at Front desk was more preoccupied with selling me Tours, instead of of at least trying to cooperate with me in my request for reimbursement from either Seven crowns or Expedia due to my dissatisfaction with the hotel. she really told me” I cannot reimburse you anything neither can Expedia”. She did not bother, asking why I was dissatisfied. The next day, Isabel told me that she could give me a hotel credit for my next day. I have booked many times through Expedia and this was the worst experience.

Staff and service were excellent. The valet parking on premises was particularly appreciated. The location is OK and within walking distance to all of the desired hotspots. The room, while, clean and comfortable, had some maintenance issues, particularly in the bathroom That was functional, but somewhat less than presentable .There were tiny ants crawling around on the Nightstand. Fortunately, none appeared to have made it into the bed.

It’s was loud because the hotel is right next to many bars and clubs (we didn’t know)
So didn’t Get to sleep to good.
Not only that but our rental car was dented on the driver back side while in their care.
You have to leave the car keys with the front desk because of limited parking and then the hotel clerk parks it somewhere else.
Not safe. And when I spoke with the manager about the dent to the car he said the only way he would pay anything is if there were any charges which there were not because I paid all the insurances to Avis. So nothing was done to make the situation better.

We checked in into one of the rooms but felt unsafe while on our stay. And then we checked out of the room after a few hours without staying for our duration of stay of 3 nights.
We emailed Expedia with all the photos and videos of evidence of the safety concerns that we had. But Expedia refused to help.

Loved the hotel , tge view from my room was beautiful the view from the roof top and infinity pool was twice as nice ... I highly recommend this hotel however Warning do not eat at the restaurant rip of prices at breakfast i ordered the mole omlette and a glass of oj . What came was a 2 egg omlette with tasteless cheese and a dollop of mole .. no toast no potatoes nothing bill was $29 usa i was still hungry and pissed...

Good location but No parking access on the property. Bell boy need to get car for you at all times . No microwave or coffee machine in the suite. Had few bathroom issues but were resolved for the time being. Small pool nice to relax.

The staff was amazing the room was cute spacious but the bed had a bug on it that look like a bed bug . Which made me paranoid so we stayed in the lounge area and check out the next day. My daughter was bit by the bug which cause her knee to swell.

If you're looking for quiet, this isnt the place. Lots of bars playing lound music behind the hotel.
Hotel check in was easy. Although check in is at 3. Had to wait almost 30 mins for rooms to be ready.
Beds are comfy but for some reason the headboards are STONE!!!! Not a good idea.
You have to leave your cars key at reception as they will park the car for you. Well, at checkout cars keys were given back and the car is parked in the back of the building. My rental car has a damn crack in the window.

The pictures look better online. The room had a slight odor, the safe was broken. Its definitely a local motel and not one for foreign visitors.

This property was very run down, noisy. TV did not work, there was only one bath towel, staff did not speak English. I would not stay there without my husband or trust leaving any belongings in the room unattended. Plus side, bed was clean and shower worked well.

This property is in a very busy street. The noise is out of control. Our room had a broken window, door that didn’t lock and a broken screen door which made it very difficult to be comfortable and feel safe. The bathroom was just disgusting and smelled horrible. The bed is very hard and extremely uncomfortable.

Location is in the heart of all entertainment (Beach, clubs, bars, restaurants etc). However the rooms are nothing what the pictures were shown. The room looked cleaned however the hotel and room both had a really bad odor not to mentioned there was bugs and ants in my room the entire time.
